Friendly baristas and great atmosphere. I brought my 10-year-old niece, and they drew a smiley face with chocolate sauce on top of her cocoa which made her day! She drank it a little too fast and lost it on the sidewalk outside the store. The baristas said it was no problem and they came out with a bucket of water and cleaned it up. I wish I lived closer so I could come more often!
I recently had a wonderful experience at this location. The barista was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to craft my drink exactly how I like it. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the store and the comfortable seating. Overall, it was a positive and enjoyable visit.
I wish there were more stars I could add for service bc this location should be used as a training ground for staff!! Im going through one of the hardest times in my life and their sheer cheer, customer service and energy was reslly appreciated! The manager, Brian I believe, went above and beyond, I will never forget his kindness in that moment! Chai Tea Lattes with Oatmilk and no water are a comfort for me and they made it perfectly.
