No one cares if you are there or not. Only customer in the store at that time waiting to be served. Stood for more than a minute while 4 employees doing their thing. Two were chatting, one constantly avoiding eye contact, one in the back. They saw me coming in but no one cared to acknowledge. Just go to drive up window only if you choose to go here. Let’s be honest there are plenty other Starbucks to choose from.

i absolutely love this store and it energy! i usually come in at night and i see three of my favorite people that work there mike, Lexi, and Payton. they always make it so much fun with each of there personality. there times i can just talk to them for hours and they always are making me laugh. and when they get something wrong they always are swift to fix it and ensure that i get what i had ordered.

The lady with the purple hair gave great service and was very quick with getting my order out, love coming to this Starbucks!

I was just at the drive through and had the most wonderful Starbucks experience with a young barista there (with glasses and a ponytail). I was laid off recently, and I just love customer service people like her who are really pleasant and friendly. Being laid off is a bummer, but this person really added a nice moment to my day! Thank you to her and to this awesome Starbucks - which is always great btw!

Every time we use the drive-thru, we request a sleeve for our hot beverages. Is it not standard for hot beverages? Could be wrong but would hope it makes sense when handing out hot drinks, it would come with one. And know that it is only with the same girl we see, we go around 5:30PM quite often and we are always asking for sleeves.

Lexi was very abrupt and let us know her feelings about the closing time as well as the disrespect she had toward myself as a paying customer. She kept rolling her eyes cutting myself off while talking and acted like she was being put out for doing her job.
It's Starbucks. You know what you're there for, and you get it.

I can't stand the service at this location and the only reason I stop here is because the in town location doesn't open until 6am now.
Every time I pick up my order I ask for a straw and they act like how dare I ask for a straw. They are rude and have the worst customer service-Dianna who is usually at the window is far too busy carrying on her conversation with her coworkers than to grab my coffee sitting there and hand it to me. Every single time she is chatting away when I pull up, stops barely long enough to hand me my drink, and right back to her conversation. I'm sorry to interrupt your personal conversation to get the coffee I paid for.
If I go to the one in town they know my order and car when I pull up, they know I always get a straw, they are super nice and give the best service.
Dianna gets zero stars for service! Yikes!

It's Starbucks. You know what you're there for, and you get it.
I really don't understand why sometimes they make you wait outside with the door locked when they're supposed to be open. That's just plain rude.
If I could give them zero stars on this one I would. They are definitely don’t know how to make drinks. Usually when i order for myself i taste it and if its not what expected i will have them remake it and i will watch them to make sure they do the right thing, and because most the time they don’t listen me they have to remake it 3 or 4 times.
Service was a little slow. Otherwise a wonderful experience!
