This place always close early.I went there today around 5:20 p.m everything was closed.Then I went through drive through it says closed at 4:30 p.m.This Starbucks need to update their hours.

maybe teach your staff to give what customers want and use their pea sized brain when asked something. I order a pink Drink and it was Straight up milk with a little bit of acai I asked for more acai and the whoever made it clearly didn’t understand the assignment. Mind you nor did they fill my drink up to the top 1ST time or 2nd

Leaving this review simply for the young man named Jacob working at the drive thru during our visit today. His service and kindness made the visit. He noticed before we did that an order was made incorrectly, acknowledged the mistake and quickly took the steps to fix it. Often times this starbucks has unimpressed me but he made our morning. this young man deserves a raise!!

I used the app to order ahead. A system error popped up but no order history or order was sent to the store despite it taking money from my card. I walked in and they kindly made my drinks despite the issue. That is great customer service.

I can't stand the service at this location and the only reason I stop here is because the in town location doesn't open until 6am now.Every time I pick up my order I ask for a straw and they act like how dare I ask for a straw. They are rude and have the worst customer service-Dianna who is usually at the window is far too busy carrying on her conversation with her coworkers than to grab my coffee sitting there and hand it to me. Every single time she is chatting away when I pull up, stops barely long enough to hand me my drink, and right back to her conversation. I'm sorry to interrupt your personal conversation to get the coffee I paid for.If I go to the one in town they know my order and car when I pull up, they know I always get a straw, they are super nice and give the best service.Dianna gets zero stars for service! Yikes!

I ordered a green tea latte and the barista didn't get it right. I asked for the drink to be re-do but they still didn't get it right. They left their customer unhappy and are wasting products at this point. This is probably one of the worst one I experienced. The service is not bad but the product definitely didn't delivered.

Fast, friendly and up to the Starbucks' standards for cleanliness and quality. The order and pick up is efficient. Early dismissal days results in many high school students. Refreshingly polite young people! Don't turn around when you see the large group. Enjoy!
