Sunday lunchtime at KFC is always super busy. We order online and chicken is ready on time. We regularly order chicken pot pies. They are near perfect for us. The quantity of chicken and vegetables is just right. The crust is just on top. It is a meal for a regular size eater. Since we order 4 at a time, the often have to bake more and require a few minutes more. The manager is determined to have his customers have a happy positive experience at his restaurant.
Idk who’s making burritos today from 12-1pm when I went so far the best I’ve seen handed to me. Full of ingredients perfect amount nothing spilling out at all. I think they need a raise or something I’m out at work happy for once with some good burritos. Also dude working the window always nice and kind I love seeing it! Yall are killing today even if it’s not good day, yall are making days
The KFC/TacoBell is super cute and enjoyable, the service is slow, I see cross training is needed for cashiers several people standing around while the manager process counter and window. I asked hot and double grilled which means darn near bar b q’d with grill marks and it was half done as if it was out of the packet. Cross train your staff.
