Dos agaves Mexican Restaurant

Everything was good until it wasn’t. The food didn’t take too long to come and tasted pretty good. After we got our food however, we were forgotten about. We tried multiple times to order additional drinks since everyone at our table had finished theirs, but our requests were either consistently forgotten or ignored. Eventually, we gave up on the drinks and all we wanted was the check, but even that took close to 20 minutes to get. After finally paying i asked for a box, was acknowledged, and then proceeded to watch my server deliver boxes to our neighboring table. I continued to wait since i assumed the boxes for our food would soon follow, but unsurprisingly, they never came. Unfortunately my friends and i were no longer willing to wait, so we ended up wasting quite a bit of food. These are my honest opinions: if you live in darington or a small town near it, and you dont have obligations or anywhere to be, i can understand how this restaurant could be worth it. But if youre not able to put at least a couple of hours to the side, which will be spent waiting for things and trying to figure out whether or not your server is ignoring you, or has short term memory loss, then just keep on driving by. Very frustrating experience.

Dos Agaves was a very great experience.
Food was very delicious. Service from the family owned business was very inviting, and warm. I will highly recommend it to family members, and friend's.

Terrible restaurant

Great place for some tasty Mexican food and a cold beer. I saw someone complain about the prices, but maybe they’re living under a rock because it’s expensive to run a restaurant in a small town in Washington! I was lucky to find this place and I enjoyed my food very much. Hope it stays open!

The food was really good but it is hard to get refills of drinks, chips, and salsa.

Food prices have gone up significantly some as much as 5-6 dollars from several months ago. Ordered to go on 3/2 store was closed early for some reason and food was fairly cold. Fajitas had absolutely no flavor. Sad to see the quality dip more recently hopefully they figure some stuff out as I would love to continue to support local businesses at fair pricing. 2 kids plates and 2 meals should not be $80

It's good food my go to is the combo Chile verde chimichanga w/ chili relenos. Be patient with staff if they are super busy. usually if it's packed I just order my food to go. Unless your willing to wait a bit.

WARNING DRINKS ARE STRONG! I love coming here for a pre-funk for the night just be warned if you're a lightweight

Just like any other Mexican restaurant, expect good food. Work on the sitting arrangements and spaces for a better customer experience.

The people in there are very friendly. The food not the best. We put in an online order for pickup. Husband ordered two cheese enchiladas and a taco, ended up getting beef enchiladas. I ordered the taco salad. My taco salad was just finishing up being made as we got to the restaurant. By the time we got home, mind you we live right next door. My taco salad was soggy, there was a bunch of oil in the bottom of the tray the salad comes in. The beef was watery and had absolutely no flavor.

It was a great little Mexican restaurant. We got to it kinda late, so not many people at all eating. Service was great. Attentive staff. Food was hot and delicious! If you're in town, you've got to go here.
