Maybe they are all new people or new manager/owners? Poor worker were pretty disorganized and seemed like they were just getting the hang of doing sandwiches. The restroom was clean, but the soap dispenser was not attached to anything and the roll of paper towels was on top of the dispenser. Hopefully they will improve! I did notice several people left when no one was at the counter to take their order. The sandwich that I shared with my husband was tasty!
DANNY, at the Davenport Subway, greeted me with a genuine smile, was attentive, proficient, and created THE MOST DELICIOUS 12" egg and cheese flatbread sandwich. DANNY IS EXCEPTIONAL! This was the second time in approximately 6 weeks we had stopped here on a Friday morning.The first time, our only choices for bread were white, wheat, or flatbread. The second time, there was only flatbread. We were told both times a local sports team had stopped in the evening before and wiped them out of bread.Both times we stopped, it was after 10:00 a.m., but there was no bread baking to get through the day either time.The only employee there was very nice and built sandwiches...
