A Drive-Thru Window shouldn't take 30+ minutes to reach when there's only one vehicle in front of you. This was my experience from last summer. My son and I were in 100° sun (because there's no shade for cars) waiting to get him an ice cream. I could see the barista talking to the person ahead of me, the entire time.
