Cute rooms although ours could've used a dusting. There were a few cobwebs in the room and bathroom which lowered the overall appeal. Listing on Expedia said we would have a King bed, but our room actually had a Queen.Rooms: Cute, could've used a dustingFood & drinks: Island Pie is amazingNoteworthy details: 15 min drive from Eastsound

Rooms are cozy and just enough for two guests. I was in Room #7 but the TV was not working during the time I checked in. The shower is also kind of "fixed". It's setting is always hot, but too hot for my scalp and face.

After an hour and a half we finally got into our room due to a sticky lock. There were no managers on site or anywhere to be seen. They send room entrance information via phone which if you are not from here and don't have T-Mobile won't work. There was a phone number and landline so we did eventually get it figured out and because we couldn't get service we found out at 10:30 that checkout was at 10. Thankfully a local was around to show us where to go.Food & drinks: Food was good at Mathews on site

Little pricey but what do you expect booking late for a vacation on the island. Owner was very kind to accommodate early check-in.One suggestion for owner: please fix the foul smell in water.

Very nice place... got there Around 4 for Check in time, lovely and all. On my issue is that you have to vacate at 10 am so I really don't feel like I actually stayed there... just slept. Went to dinner in rosario and was back at the cabin around 10 pm to sleep. Cleaning lady woke us up at 9h30... felt like I prayed$258 a night for just that...a bed. Recommend spending 2 days there to actually enjoy your stay. Girlf and I will probably end up calling next time and spend those hard earned dollars in restaurants.

After seeing the plethora of fees that this property was charging, I went elsewhere. It is abusive to show one price and then tack on about 30% for a destination fee & property service charge and daily water fee of just under $19 and a $68 cleaning fee. These fees would practically double the cost of the advertised stay. These kind of practices are deceptive, abusive, and misleading. Buyer beware.

1-bedroom 1-bath room in a multi-room house. Just the basics, bed, TV, coffee maker, towels, bed linens, etc. Price went from $123 to over $250 with all of the add-ons for taxes/water/cleaning. You read that right, a charge for water…. Basically it’s the last place on the island to fill up… We should have planned better. Hopefully you will :)

Stayed for a week a couple years ago. Saw nobody, not even an employee. Restaurant door was open but no lights. Ghostly vibes

Not your normal hotel, sort of like staying at your mom and dad's. Without them being there. Nice rooms, Wi-Fi needs to be upgraded.

Too noisy floors. Couldn't sleep. Hard to find the room. Couldn't get in with the code provided by Vacasa.

The room was fine. Small but seemed fairly clean. Apparently no one actually works on the property. Booked there last minute due to a canceled ferry. Had to call a separate company when my confirmation emails were not coming through so I could get the lockbox code for my room key, which required me to connect to their Wi-Fi since there was little to no phone service. There was also no tv remote in my room, which was a very annoying inconvenience since there was no one on-site who could help me. Also, when booking through their direct site the taxes and fees more than doubled the cost of the room, which seemed extreme. In less emergent circumstances I would definitely shop around for something better.

The positives- The house keeper was kind and helpful.- Brisket, fried chicken, brocolini and Lopez island ice cream were super tastey. The negatives -- The bed was so horrible my husband and I slept on a pile of blankets on the floor the first night. The subsequent nights he slept on a futon and I on an air mattress....not very hotel like if you ask me.- The private hot tub we paid a pretty penny for was not cleaned or chlorinated the entire 5 days of our stay which made it impossible to use. When we asked for a chlorine tablet we were told a service comes every other day (never came) but we were told we could pour some bleach in, by housekeeping.- ALL of the provided dishes required washing before we could even use a glass, plate or frying pan.- If you use both stove burners at the same time the electrical breaker pops and you lose power to half the room.- The electrical outlets are so lose they wont hold a plug unless you are willing to purposefully damage your end.- People running power tools and doing yard maintenance early in the morning.- None of the windows locked.- The vacasa website listed that the room had cable tv, it didn't.- The restaurant on property is only open Friday - Sunday 4-8pm. 90% of the businesses and restaurants are this way, So don't plan on being hungry if you stay on a weekday.- When the restaurant was open on friday the diners were taking up the parking for paying hotel guests to the point that we had to ask someone to move so we could access our trunk. Had we left our room for any reason, we would have had to park off property when we got back. The food was decent except for the cobbler looked a bit off and tasted alcoholic.- Solar flood light aimed directly at the front window shines inside all night, even with the drapes closed.- The water was so bad my dog wouldn't even drink it, and she has no problem drinking from the toilet at home.Go elsewhere and save your 265 a night.

Underwhelming, but adequate. Photos of this location make it look a lot nicer than it is in real-life. In reality, this is just a house dressed up to look like a "lodge," with bedrooms that have their own key & lockbox. My bedroom had a shower but not bath. The gas fireplace is in a common space (not your room). The "cabins" looked to be just cheap little houses. Nice location though! For what I got, $100 per night would have been acceptable, but tack on the cleaning fees, taxes, and everything else, and it was a lot more. The booking company, Vacasa, is creepy; I'm pretty sure they recorded me speaking (they had me state my name and address for "verification" of my identity; probably selling my biometric data).

Talked to an agent when we booked our 15 yr wedding anniversary stay. We were told we were getting a cabin with a kitchen to cook and hot tub. We didn't get any of that. Instead we got a tiny room with no way to cook our breakfast (bacon, eggs and hash browns) when we arrived we tried calling the people we booked over the phone with and got no answer after being on hold for 45 mins. Finally got ahold of someone the next morning. The woman was extremely rude and argued with us for an hour. We specifically asked for a cottage/unit with the hottub and kitchen. Supervisor argued with us for 35 mins. The woman refused a refund even though we took all of our belongings and put the key back in the lock box before check out time. The "room" was not what we asked for. We expected more privacy and comfort with the ability to cook the food we brought. These AGENTS ARE CROOKS don't trust them. The property is beautiful and this review is not to bash the owners or property. This review is specifically for THE AGENTS AT VACASA who handle the bookings and reservations. I will never ever book through vacasa again! ?
