I ordered a pizza from domino's last sunday for a special occasion and it was the worst pizza ever. It was over cooked and very little cheese. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience. But it will be the last time I purchase from. Domino's.

I order from Domino's about once a month or so, Especially on Sunday's when hardly anything is open in Deer Park. And I've always been pleased. But on Saturday Nov 9th I had my family over to help me out with things around the house. I ordered pizza for everyone. They hadn't eaten at any Domino's in a long time, and weren't sure Domino's was the best option.... the pizza delivered was amazing!!! Most of us had the Extravaganza with a couple modifications. The pizza was soo loaded! Seriously the best pizza I've had anywhere in years!! Whoever made our pizza that day needs to train every Domino's employee at every Domino's location how to make a pizza!! My family was definitely sold that Domino's is the best delivery pizza! With skills like that, no wonder the Deer Park Pizza Hut closed down!! We appreciate you all. Thanks for awesome pizza and awesome service!

Busy night and expected a wait thats why we ordered early and to my surprise we got 60 points towards a free pizza because it was a little wait ..Noah was our delivery driver super nice ! Thanks for the free pizza and always great service!

SO disappointed by the production. No sauce no cheese all burnt on both ends. Manger did not want to refund and had to wait over 45 mins for another pizza. It was so gross. Why would anyone serve this to a costumer ? Lack of care and consideration. Community person. Who had ordered. Will never again trust dinner. And food order with this place of business. have shared. Pictures. No one understands the lack of service. Last time I ordered. Waited 2 hours. For the wrong pizza did not complain. Then my family gets this monster of a pizza. Absolutely disgusting. Terrible costumer service from a small community.

Delivery drivers need to carry more or be able to make compensation for larger bills. Further more I am a male born a male and do not appreciate being called a woman over the phone. I am very upset. Especially because I had a 2 year old child standing next to me and I could not allow them to take a $50 when I was owed $25 and was told I could only get $20 back when the only bill I had was a $50

Hands down best choice in deer Park for a pizza. Seeing how the other chain place shut doors guess they couldn't keep up. And well the other place is a dive.. that's my opinion .. The delivery team is amazing in house kill it every time If there is anything wrong with your order it's replaced without question. 10 outta 10 recommend !!!

We order regularly and for the past few years this has been the most consistently perfect Dominos pizza that we have experienced. And have never had a bad experience with the drivers either.

I went in today when my order said it was boxed and ready. It was 91 degrees outside and I didn't want my kids to have to wait long in the car with their dad. We go in to pick it up and they messed up my order which was very simple. A large Pepperoni and a large half cheese/ half sausage pizza. They didn't even mess up the half and half they made a mistake on the Pepperoni. How do you mess up a simple Pepperoni pizza. Needless to say I was upset but understanding. I finally lost my temper when I could here the guys in the back asking each other if they had redid the Pepperoni for me. One looks at the other and says we'll I thought you did. No one had remade it so I'm waiting even longer. I then ask for a manager. The manager tells me that he can cancel my order since I'm upset?. I Said no we are hungry and have already been waiting but you need to make this right. He says I will credit you two pizzas on your next order, but mistakes happen ma'am. Then I see one of the dudes with long hair in the back whispering with the female cashier about me freaking out. All I can say is extremely unprofessional, and if you have something to say please feel free to say it out loud next time. I said okay that's fine I will be doing a review. He then as I'm walking out said he canceled my order and I'll be refunded instead. I paid in cash and received no cash back and nothing added to my account. This place is a joke. They were by no means Over whelmed either people just standing around and delivery driver was back and standing around as well. They keep it up they will have to shut down just like pizza hut in deerpark.

I don't know who they have running this place during dinner hours but might want to make sure the have a GED first. Next get them some customer service manuals and have them take classes. After that send them on their merry way down the road. You don't want him working for you. Oh, also please have him learn how to make pizzas.

Very poor experience with Domino's. I ordered two medium pizzas and I could not believe what that cost, $40!!! Like what?! So first my order was outrageously expensive for MEDIUMS. Next when I get my pizzas, yes they did taste good, that's why I gave two stars, however they were undercooked and very poorly sliced I couldn't even pull a piece of pizza out because they weren't sliced all the way through. When I asked about the price they were very unfriendly and said that was a good deal for a "specialty" pizza, well one of my specialty pizzas was only veggies, literally probably two handfuls of veggies and that cost $20 alone? I will not be returning to this Domino's I will also be letting my friends and family know how poor the service was. You can get an extremely large pizza at Westside pizza for less than $40 plus it feeds the whole family and tastes great. I do NOT recommend this Domino's!
