Lofty skies has been my go to in Deer park for a couple years now. Their food items are incredible as are their drinks! My personal favorites are the “Turkey Avocado” sandwich and their namesake special “Lofty Skies” breve. Be sure to stop in and give them a try!

I cannot say enough great things about Lofty Skies! Sam knows my order by heart (even when I change what drink I'm getting from time to time), the environment is so welcoming and homey with all of the different seating options, and it is my top favorite coffee shop in Deer Park. They have the best breakfast sandwiches in town, their chai tea is so uniquely wonderful, and their weekly specials are always delicious. I consider Lofty Skies to be the best coffee shop in Deer Park

A gem in Deer Park. We initially pulled in the parking lot to go to Zips due to habit. I happened to glance across the lot and see the Lofty Skies signage. As soon as we walked in, we were excited to be there. The relaxing and welcoming atmosphere complimented the tasty food and coffee menu. We ordered a turkey pesto sandwich and a turkey avacado sandwich. Our coffee choice was two hot coconut mochas. Both sandwiches had amazing flavor and the perfect amount of cheese and meat. The chibatta buns were lightly toasted and created the perfect sandwich. The coffees were super creamy and not too sweet. If you are tired of cheeseburgers and fries, this is what you are looking for.

AMAZING food, unique and truly flavorful drinks. Batistas are friendly, engaging, helpful to recommend, and I can tell their regular customers really value their experience there. This is a regular spot for Bible studies, meetings, casual friend gatherings, and some of the kindest strangers I've ever met. This is the rare kind of place you could ask a stranger for prayer, and they stop what they were doing and offer it there. I always have a positive experience when I visit. Somehow things align here! This is the kind of place I'd feel sad to ever see go.
For those who like an iced tea with body, like Chai or matcha, you MUST try their purple sweet potato powder tea. Add some honey, some rice milk and one of many flavors and it's to die for!

In my four years of coming to Lofty Skies I can confidently say that my friends and I have always been extremely satisfied with all of our visits. Lofty has been absolutely PHENOMENAL since day one. The staff are always so welcoming and kind and the food and drinks are top tier!! After doing some cafe searching Lofty Skies has still remained my absolute favorite, and I've done a lot of searching for the perfect place! The atmosphere is calm, comfortable, and clean with multiple forms of seating to accommodate your needs, whether it be chilling with some spectacular coffee and a book, working on some assignments, or wanting to catch up with friends and family. I love Lofty Skies so much and I always recommend those who are looking for good quality food, drinks, and atmosphere in a coffee shop to come here! The turkey bacon avocado sandwich on a croissant is hands down my favorite, along with a honey breve latte. They also use organic honey which can be hard to find sometimes. ? So, so delicious!! Thank you Lofty for being the best cafe in town! Much love to the staff and God bless you all for all of the hard work you put in to Lofty Skies!
Parking: There was plenty of parking spaces and even some handicapped parking nearby for those that need it. Considering that the parking lot is being shared by multiple businesses there was plenty of places to park.
Kid-friendliness: The staff are so kind and inviting. They also have some toys and even a chalk-board near the back for children to draw on and enjoy. Such a great idea for a coffee shop!

After seeing a FB post regarding being upset at sending home workers and closing early a lot lately and needing more customers, I tried to show some support by going there for a coffee. There were 3 young ladies standing around behind the counter chatting, and not working on any orders, or working at all. It was around 9am on a typical Thursday, and only a couple customers in the lounge drinking coffee. The location is in a strip of stores on Main, with very poor and limited parking, and NO Handicapped parking near it, with the ones available being blocked off for construction quite a distance away. The place looked like it would be someone's nice living room, with lots of pillows, rugs, plants, decor, and even plenty of comfy blankets. You could tell they loved and invested a LOT in their business in hopes it would attract folks and thrive. It was probably the nicest coffee shop I've seen. The food looked delicious and fresh. That said, I cannot say I will return anytime soon. There is a saying, that "location means everything", and it`s 100% true for this shop. It`s very unfortunate because they deserve the business and recognition! In her post, the owner said they were sending workers home early, closing early, bleeding revenue while trying to stay afloat. She mentioned that her business would end up quietly fading away like others, and she was reaching out to her community for awareness and support for which is very brave and commendable. I`m sure they must know how parking and location is affecting them, and the young lady I spoke to indicated they`ve moved twice. I am a little confused as to why then, they chose such poor locations with horrible parking. There are several other suitable locations throughout town, with plenty of space to park, and available handicapped access. And if business is that bad(it was pretty empty), keeping three workers on a slow day is also not helpful. So at the risk of sounding rude, I`ll say the business won`t survive the poor business decisions...and that's a darn shame.
