Went in for an online order spent almost 40 and the pizza and cheese sticks were doughy and all they could do was 10 credit. That doesn’t even pay for the pizza. Yes I am waiting to hear back from corporate. But would not recommend this place. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I called ahead and was told the pizza would be ready by the time I got there when I arrived it looks like they just started it as I waited I observed one of the employees making pizzas with no gloves

Workers were indeed friendly and food was good as usual. I went on a Saturday night at about 8 pm, but shockingly there was only 2 tables occupied upon arrival. When we arrived, we sat next to a table with many plates and dishes and used napkins, and this table was not alone in this condition. During our about 30 minute stay, not one of the 7 (that I could count) employees bussed ANY table. Towards the end of our stay we saw a gentleman restocking the napkins, which is great. But maybe bus/clean tables first? And not to mention garbage all over the floor. Very disappointing. Plenty of people, 2 occupied tables max, you can’t clean your tables?

Service is going down hill .I went into to place to order was told it would be faster for delivery, perfect. After 35 min I call the "manager " answers "hi" no name have to ask for his name . Proceeds to tell me he took pizza out of oven himself after telling him not only is it cold but 35 min late . The cheese isn't even melted and you are telling me it's hot better yet looks like it was sitting for a bit because lettuce and tomatoes are soggy. Steve I sure hope you see the reviews because deer park is growing fast and for a $40 pizza I sure hope you have higher standards for staff,customer service and quality!!!!! I don't order here often and will gladly make the drive to spokane for good service above anything else.

I have booked the back party room twice now. I have been 100% satisfied both times. The room was ready with the perfect amount of tables, chairs and napkin dispensers. I was able to order the pizzas and breadsticks ahead of time to be ready when the dinner started and my guests arrived. The kind staff allowed me to drop off the birthday cake earlier that day so they could store it in their fridge for me. Friendly staff and amazing pizza & breadsticks. They were super swamped at the time that we were there and still brought out everything that we ordered in a timely manner. The salad bar ROCKS as well. I will continue to use the Deer Park Pizza Factory. Thanks staff!!

No stars for this crew.Cashier girl and guy wearing hat with fluffy hair had terrible attitudes. Paid $40 for our pizza and gave a tip to have our pizza missing an ingredient and bad attitudes and not 1 person had a hair net and only 2 were wearing gloves. Filthy counters and floor and tables. Absolutely disgusting.
Mostly, kids working behind the counter and the place was a absolute pig pen! The tables were dirty, and the pizza was not at all worth the money! Good luck, and this is only my opinion

Waited 45 minutes after an online order. I understand it's busy, but was not treated well(not the 1st time that my order was messed up). Told the manager that I may have to take my business elsewhere and was told "whatever ". Steve, please have a conversation with the manger about customer service.

Went there with my son and daughter in law.. I received my pizza but my son ordered an extra large and a small pizza after 45 mins of waiting for their pizza he finally went up and asked.. and was told sorry your pizza was sent out on a phone order.. we have to remake it in 20 mins later hr got his pizza... They should have gave him back his money and made him thr pizza for free since it was their mess up on sending it out on a phone order... I'm not to happy don't think I'll be back... and i will definitely let ppl.know what happened...
UPDATE..... the owner wrote and my son got credit for the mishap... thank you so much .... very kind to write back promptly...
