Hands down the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Act like ordering food is an inconvenient for them. Unfortunate.

We had to wait 30 minutes for nothing, AFTER ordering. The order machine said pay cash, we clicked on it, then it said DONE, I clicked on it. Didn’t get our food because “we didn’t pay,” how are we supposed to pay the much one cash? and our drinks took an extra 10 minutes to come.
This was HORRIBLE. We had to wait an hour for our food that was very simple. I tried to pay with cash but it didn’t even go through and it said done. But apparently it didn’t go through. And then we got our drinks through the DELIVERY SERVICE.
We often have breakfast at the Deer Park, WA Taco Bell. Our orders are correct, the service is quick, the food always delicious. The employees are the best! They are courteous, professional and efficient in doing a challenging job which is often unrecognized. They are the main reason we go there. Just had to sa.
I have a life motto: Always assume positive intent. This means I am going to assume the self identified manager on duty January 20, 2025 treated us as she did because she has come to expect all customers being rude are doing it purposely. Otherwise it means that my child and I were maliciously demeaned and belittled. My 16 year old daughter was driving. She gets severe social anxiety and I wanted her to do a drive through order herself to build her confidence. The person taking the order asked her several times to speak up and my kiddo became more and more anxious. So I on the passenger side took up ordering and was loud because of where I was and my own long ago taco bell management experience in headsets being too quiet despite full volume. As soon as we got to the window I apologized explaining that my daughter is timid and was met with “You’re very rude” I was flabbergasted. I apologized knowing I was loud and instead of at least an ok and kind treatment it felt like such a slap in the face I told kiddo to go not realizing we had left the food. When I jumped out this manager met me at the door. When I again tried to apologize and share that her response did nothing to help my child’s confidence I was met with more berating. I sincerely hope I was just the person she took out an entire shifts frustration on, otherwise this store will start to struggle and we’ll lose another fast food restaurant in Deer Park. Remember some customers actually try very hard to be kind.
My daughter and I picked up dinner through the drive through this evening. We ordered a chalupa and a cantina chicken bowl.. Both were very good. I do have one suggestion.. please add a little more volume to the chicken bowl. More of everything. For under $10.00 I can go to Chipotle
and get twice as much food for the same amount of money. Your container has plenty of room to add more food. As for the service at the window. He did an excellent job. Thanks for a tasty meal.

Absolutely would never recommend or go to this Taco Bell their food is alway old and worse customer service and never offered me a recipe

The young man taking the order threw the drive thru. Was so detailed in my order repeated it back like a champ, no messing around. All about making us feel confident about the correct order .. thank you

Came here about 6:40pm and they were pretty busy; we did an order through their app. They were quick to get to it and two employees at the window(one seemed upset; not at me), felt so bad but the employee working along side her was trying to comfort her. Just awesome to see people working and supporting each other.
I don’t and haven’t had any issues with this Taco Bell. Always great service and no mess ups on the order.
