Deer park , zips is one of the best cooked breakfast around. Including every well known eatery in Spokane. They know how to do breakfast correctly! Get what you want cooked right. Hashbrowns ,were to die for. Great gravy assume fish.

Dang! Paid 15$ for two hurricanes and one just had some of the reeses ontop and nothing else blended in. Our butterfinger had it blended in and ontop. And the girl whom took our order -- was far from pleasant. Bummed about it.

The foods flavor and presentation was not the problem. The straight disrespectful customer service at the counter is. Not only was I met with attitude and disrespected as a customer for pick up today, we got home with our order was not correct. Like having a bunch of the sauces that were not what we chose for our order this time.
I am so tired of going to restaurants/fast food places and being met with such disrespect and/or attitude like we are inconveniencing them by buying what they are selling.

It's unfortunate, but this place is filthy....flies are horrible, carpet hasn't been cleaned in decades, and the bathroom is half broken. Just take a close look around you when you are here and you'll see what I mean. Bummer, cuz the food is pretty good, just hate sharing with the flies

This Zips over charges and does not honor their board prices. Every time I order they charge 2-5 dollars more then their listed prices. Each time I have tried talking to the managers they get upset and state thats just how it is. It's not legal or moral to be charging this much over their listed prices. If you want better quality for alot cheaper go to the Zips in Suncrest. My same order is $5 less in suncrest then the Zips in deer park.

This place seemed to be extremely short-handed. The girls working seemed like they were trying really hard. So the service was great but I think anything that's lacking has to do with the owners or maybe management

I’m not one to post a review but my experience at this location was so bad yesterday that it deserves to be shared. I went through the drive thru at 630pm. When I got to the window to pay I had realized I had forgot to order a burger for one of my family members. Before I paid, I apologized to the Employee and asked to add an item to my order. Which she responded “no I can’t, we are already backed up”. I asked the employee she was serious which she repeated yes I can’t order anything else because they are backed up. I understand wanting to make sure everyone’s food is fresh but there could have been options presented, like pulling forward, piling around back thru the drive thru or coming inside. But those weren’t presented, just a refusal to let me order. To top it all off, I get home and find the buns on the burgers are hard, and there was plastic in my milk shake that I sucked up through the straw.
