Zip's Drive In - Deer Park

Breakfast is great here. Very clean, and food is cooked quickly.

I’m not one to post a review but my experience at this location was so bad yesterday that it deserves to be shared. I went through the drive thru at 630pm. When I got to the window to pay I had realized I had forgot to order a burger for one of my family members. Before I paid, I apologized to the Employee and asked to add an item to my order. Which she responded “no I can’t, we are already backed up”. I asked the employee she was serious which she repeated yes I can’t order anything else because they are backed up. I understand wanting to make sure everyone’s food is fresh but there could have been options presented, like pulling forward, piling around back thru the drive thru or coming inside. But those weren’t presented, just a refusal to let me order. To top it all off, I get home and find the buns on the burgers are hard, and there was plastic in my milk shake that I sucked up through the straw.

Fast great food

I will never again go to this Zips. Horrible customer experience. I ordered in the drive-thru, bacon burger, wrangler, onion ring and tot. Get to the window and pay the less-than-polite girl working. And wait. And wait. Order finally comes out, no tots. I asked ‘did you not get the tots on the order?’ The girl says ‘I got a bacon burger, wrangler and onion rings. I said I ordered tots as well. Literally the girls says ‘have a nice day’ and slammed the window. Never again. Unbelievable how rude she was.

We love the morning ladies at breakfast time. They are always curtious and friendly. The last time we arrived just before 11:00 and could have ordered breakfast, however, a talkative customer waiting for his order, took precious time and it was 1 minute past The cut off to order breakfast. Bummer. But the cod was an OK meal to replace breakfast. We will come earlier next time!

Absolutely the worst Zip's in Eastern Washington. One 16 dollar meal, three mistakes. I ordered my sandwich with Mayo only. It came everything except Mayo. I ordered tea for the drink, and it came with diet Pepsi. I asked for fry sauce, and I got unsalted Frys. Now, I'm not one to post a negative review for one bad experience. However, this kind of thing happens it this location (Deer Park) about 9 out of 10 times. I know it's fast food, and you can't expect much, but when you charge over 16 dollars for a hamburger. You could at least get one thing on the order, correct, especially when other locations in the area get it right most of the time. NOT RECOMMENDED!
