This place should be called Worst Teriyaki & Sushi. The worst Korean teriyaki place that I've ever been to. Restaurant has a dark ambiance with the entrance door tinted black and smells like urinate inside the restaurant. Chicken tasted rough sauce was too sweet and also do not order any sushi dish from this place, portion was pathetic and salmon was mushy not fresh. Service was of course bad from an Asian lady. Yucky place had do not come.

Was great. Seems to be getting worse. Today when I called the person who answered said “Hello”, no other greeting, and when I asked to make and order they said hold on then came back and said, it was too busy try again later, then hung up. I really loved this placed too. So sad to see it go. This makes it hard to trust the quality and care needed to serve healthy sushi is being taken seriously.

This used to be my favorite teriyaki place and I would always order the spicy chicken teriyaki. In the past it has always come loaded with veggies and two small circles of rice to the side. We got it tonight and it is now only a massive amount of rice with a thin layer of chicken on top. So disappointed with this change, especially since it doesn't seem to be priced lower with the fewer number of ingredients. This is the main dish that kept me coming back since it was delicious and different from other places.

The hot food is better than their rolls we felt. Main reason for the review is the very very very cold temperature in their restaurant. They crank their ac up so high that we were freezing cold inside throughout lunch. Also their blinds are pulled up on a perfectly sunny day, making it feel even more gloomy and cold.
I liked this place but the portions are now children's size legitimately and the prices have increased. You need to purchase 2 teriyaki dinners for the same dinner size previously. My family and I are so disappointed 😞 and unfortunately they have now lost our business.

This place has gone way downhill. My family has enjoyed it for 10 years, but this will likely be our last visit. The chicken was overcooked, the portion size has been drastically reduced for the same price, and it just wasn’t very good. Very disappointing.

Under new management since April and they have no concept of customer service. Upon walking in, you’re faced with an angry black, white, and red sign that says “We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer.” This immediately makes you feel unwelcome. I asked the owner’s daughter about it and she said “we had to put that sign up to protect our staff from rude customers.” You are in a SERVICE BUSINESS — it’s your JOB to transform unhappy customers into raving evangelists by exceeding their expectations. That creates repeat business which is the lifeblood of a successful restaurant. And if you get rude customers, which you WILL when you’re serving the public, it’s your job to smile and keep smiling and let it roll off your back. But if you think that you’re right and the customer is wrong, your business will fail. I give this place less than a year unless they have a total shift in perspective. On a positive note, the salmon nigiri was good.

Used to order from this place a lot for their good amount of portions. Ordered a spicy chicken teriyaki and it has definitely changed. Now it is just in a Tupperware, insane amount of rice at the bottom and a small portion of chicken at the top. 90% rice 10% chicken 👎 There is little to no flavor at all. Very plain. It is just chicken in the little to no sauce. No vegetables. Very upsetting. For the price it is definitely not worth it at all. Pretty much ordering plain chicken with an insane amount of rice.
