First time experience. My husband made reservations for our anniversary. 6 pm on a wednesday, not crowded at all.One other table and a few people seated in the bar. The front of house was also the waitress and she seemed a bit nervous. Service was a bit slow to have our wine and beer refilled, given it was a slow night. The food was mediocre, given the higher prices. Crab cakes were meh smothered in sauce,the shrimp Cajun soup was delicious. Was hoping for a more fine dining experience.

We were not expecting anything near this good in Duvall. I used to ride motorcycles and stop in Duval a decade ago - a lot has changed and Flavour Bistro is one of the gems of Duvals transition.
We were promptly greeted and seated, and had cold water right away, the quality of service was top notch - that was consistent throughout our evening.
We ordered some bartenders choice mocktails, which were as good looking as they were tasty. We decided to share plates, because everything sounded so good... The dish that knocked my socks off and is a must have: Grits (the grit of the grits was off the hook), the sauce was something I want a pint glass of - its that good.
We had my 3 year old granddaughter in tow and we did the fried chicken to be safe, well that mash and gravy are crazy good - she loved them and we had trouble getting a bite in edgewise :)
On a healthier note we did try the watermelon salad, I was dubious - however my tastebuds were won over, I would order again.
Overall I was extremely impressed and for an impromptu dinner in Duval I walked away satisfied. We will be back to try the brunch soon, that menu looks like a must do!

A Creole spin on fine dining, the flavours of the dishes in this small quiet restaurant are worth a visit. The halibut was meaty but still succulent, and the crab cakes had a nice Carribean spice to them.

Flavour Bistro is one of our favorite restaurants, whether we're out for dinner or enjoying a leisurely Sunday brunch. The food here is nothing short of magical—each dish is crafted with such care and flavor that it truly stands out. While I adore their dinner options, I have to say they offer THE BEST brunch anywhere. Their Creole biscuits and gravy and the Duvall breakfast are straight from heaven!

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The owners are incredibly friendly and clearly take great pride in what they do.
The food is absolutely fantastic—everything I tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they use quality ingredients and put a lot of care into every dish.
The service was just as impressive. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the whole experience even better.
If you’re looking for a place with amazing food, wonderful service, and a great ambiance, this is it. Highly recommend!

Flavour Bistro was an excellent spot for our anniversary dinner. The restaurant was uncrowded mid-week, so we had excellent service and personal attention. The French onion soup starter was beautifully flavored and a great start to our meal. Our entrees were excellent (fried chicken and short ribs), and we especially liked the garlic mashed potatoes that came with them. Desserts (chocolate lava cake and brioche bread pudding, the latter made in house) were a delicious ending to our meal! We will be back on another special occasion.

We ordered a couple of flat breads and the Bistro Bacon Burger, which was the best burger I've ever had. I was surprised to see the dining room empty on a Friday night, and I strongly encourage the community to support our local businesses.🙌🏽. Flavour Bistro is a hidden gem, offering a chill atmosphere and exceptional cuisine, thanks to the talent of chef Clive. The menu is impressive, with unique, fresh, and delicious dishes. 🤌🏽 And you can tell he puts his heart into every dish. The service was also friendly and excellent. I highly recommend showing this establishment more appreciation and supporting our local businesses in general. 🫶🏽💓
The food and drinks were packed with flavor and overall the dining experience was absolutely phenomenal. It’s nice to have an upscale dining experiences a little further out from the city and closer to home. We will definitely be back.

My fiancee and me were looking for a new place for a romantic dinner. Flavor Bistro delivered on all counts. Very cool ambience in the heart of Duvall. They nailed our cocktails and our food was delish. Real crab cakes that were fresh and did not look, taste or feel like they were made by a processing assembly line. And the the short rib was the best I have ever had - moist, tender and cooked to perfection. Flavour is definitely on our short list of great restaurants in our area.
