Good bakery in Duvall, I got the berry danish and will come bake for croissants and cinnamon rolls. I will come earlier next time to have it warmer.

This place is friendly, smalltown and delicious. Exactly what you'd expect from a local bakery in the Northwest.

The very best bakery in Duval. It's worth the drive from Woodinville.

Such a cozy spot! Loved it. Spent part of a rainy Pacific NW Saturday morning here. Pastries and coffee were delicious. Counter help was really kind. Lots of pastries left to try, including scones! Main Street in Duvall is small town darling and Grateful Bread fits right in. Will definitely be back.

The first petition in The Lords Prayer is for daily bread. Lets face it, it's much harder to worship God or love your neighbor on an empty stomach.

Thankfully, there is Grateful Bread for the bread heads of Duvall. Of course Man cannot live by bread alone; Vegetables are a must on a diet. They also have Jalapeno , pumpkin, and a variety of other vegetable themed breads For dairy, there are infamous cheese bread.
They also have the best Cinnamon Rolls in the Free World.
You have not lived until you tried one They were so good, that I ate my napkin

There is so much potential. So little time. First let's start with their fly problem. It's not a random fly here and there. And it's also not a one-off issue. It is so bad they land on you while using the bathroom. Fortunately they now have little spinny things in their pastry case to keep them off the food, but sitting for more than a couple of minutes at a table, the flies find you--what you are eating, your napkin, your head, your plate, and they won't go away.
I also feel there is very high staff turnover. Almost every time, someone new. I can actually recognize the regular customers more than their staff. The single person I do see nearly every time, probably owner (manager?), has no sense of facial recognition. Could you pretend you've seen someone before who has been in dozens of times? I mean, we're your "Buy Local" crowd.
I also think sweeping under and around tables while people are still seated is kind of like screaming at your customers, "We are closing in an hour, please take your kids and leave."
I like the pastries, coffee is pretty good, but I want more than a diamond in the rough.

Grateful Bread is a wonderful local bakery that has amazing pastries - from their croissants, to their danishes, to their cinnamon buns. Even their loaves of bread are great (grate? ?) They make a nice Americano, and I love that they feature local art on the walls. Love the shabby chic vibe.

As someone who lives for cookies and baked goods. Grateful Bread has some of the best peanut butter cookies I have ever had in my life. Their bread pudding was also amazing. This was my first time trying this place (I went to the Duvall location)…I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to all carb lovers out there

Lovely people were serving in Saturday . Short staff but still good service! My Delicious coffee was 5 stars but quiche ( ham and cheese ) was very bad . I couldn’t eat it - too salty , plus huge chunks of ham and barely any egg just melted cheese … went to garbage after I picked at it trying to find good in it . Unfortunately nothing was good about it. If you want to get good quiche go to Urban Coffee in Kirkland .

Always come in for a loaf of sliced sourdough. Great bread. I’m always enticed by something from the bakery. Delish! But then I order something that has to be prepared. Gah. Takes FOREVER and honestly, the last 5 times I’ve ordered something they get it wrong or completely forget to make it, have to go ask for it. They’re super nice but not organized. At all.
