On point EVERY TIME!! I moved to Duvall a couple years ago and received a Welcome Bag with a coupon for a free pizza from Red Pepper. I got the chicken, bacon, ranch pizza and it became my go-to order. I just ordered a pepperoni, olive, VERY lite sauce and it was perfect! The crust is slightly crispy and soft on the inside. They knew what they were doing by pitting a free pizza coupon in the welcome bags. The crew and delivery drivers are always super friendly, as well. Whenever I've ordered for pickup, it's always ready when I arrive. Whenever I order for delivery, it arrives super quickly. I love this little hidden gem in our amazing town
Completely unprofessional. There’s so many other quality pizza places in the Snoqualmie Valley to support! Will never give this place my business.
Always impressed with the amount of community service and involvement this family owned business provided. Numerous donations, and immeasurable support. Definitely a huge asset to the area.
Called in a pizza for pickup and the girl was extremely rude, has clearly never worked a customer service job in their life and as someone whos been in customer service for 12 years myself I was completely appalled by the way they were responding and talking back to me like I was the problem, didnt even take our name or number for the call in and followed the end of the conversation with absolute silence. This place is a joke and sad that I had to even write a review like this for a local business ive enjoyed in the past.. Avoid this place if you can as this was completely uncalled for and very rude.
Very rude lady taking orders and very long eta’s

Told 45-60 min for delivery. Now 2 hrs later no pizza. Called twice. Called 40 min ago was told out for delivery. When called 2nd time told they were super busy but that should have been obvious at original order. Have ordered pizza weekly for 2 years. Worst experience ever.
Their partnership with the local boy scout troop to provide fundraising pizza cards to the community keeps us ordering. At times the cheese bread is over cooked and they tend to miss small requests (like subbing garlic butter for marinara dip). Overall, it's a traditional small town pizza shop that keeps it local.

We stopped by Red Pepper today. We ordered and noticed the many flies in the establishment. That should have been our cue to leave. We decided to eat outside and I seen one fly the whole time we were out there. Our food was mediocre. We decide to refill our fountain drinks before leaving. Our lil girl said that there were ants in her cup. She showed us her cup and there were two ants. I opened my cup and there were some black things at the bottom. My wife went inside to let them know and she got a, sorry.
Not so happy patrons

Been ordering here since 2022. At first they were great. Order would ask we allow 90 minutes for delivery and they’d get here in 30. Lately our food is always cold when they get here (30% tip)
I ordered a ton of food and not only were they faster than the 60 minutes listed online, but it was DELICIOUS!! So much so that I ordered their chicken alfredo again like 3 days later because I was craving it. I'm about to do it again even haha. The pizza was great too especially because I asked for a stupid amount of cheese and they listened!
This is probably my new favorite place for sure!

I had bought an order for delivery. Everything I had told her was repeated back to me. Told me it would be 45 minutes to a hour. It took longer then a hour. Then I was also missing the kids Mac and cheese. It wasn't even on my receipt but yet when I placed the order, everything was repeated to me just fine. Then when I called about it I was told "oh, it wasn't put on your order. Sorry ". I asked if I could still get this and was told no that they were closed. And that was it, end of conversation. Now my kid doesn't get her food and I have to cook something for her, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering food for delivery. A complete inconvenience and no one even tried to fix this issue.ind you when I placed the order, it was all repeated to me exactly. Complete lack of customer service skills. I will be getting a hold of the top manager in the morning. This was complete and total ignorance and shows no one actually cares about their job or the customers. Unless they change their customer service people, I will not be giving them my money again. Complete bs.

The food was ok, but cold due to a 2 hour late delivery! I. There defense it was the knight of a foot ball game so they must have been really busy. I would recommend you check to see if there’s a game before you order.

I'd stop engaging in a nuisance and ADA violation by blocking the sidewalk with your picnic tables if I were you!
Oh wow. Editing my review because this happened AGAIN this week. I looked at the Red Pepper website and found the "deal" in the attached photo. I was asked which two pizzas I wanted, to which I replied 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. The "deal" which I specified I was ordering when I called, was $48 when I picked it up. So, unless Pepperoni is considered a "premium topping" this place continues to take advantage of the community with false marketing and pull-the-wool-over-your-eyes deceptive pricing. Shame on this business for treating the community like this.
Initial review:
This place has long been foundational to Duvall's downtown restaurants, but they are severely testing the loyalty of our town. It was only a few years ago that you could get a pizza for $15.99. It would be more if you added toppings. This week I ordered a pizza and it was $26.99, no extra toppings added. That's a 69% increase in only a few years. Additionally, unlike other pizzerias there is only one size at Red Pepper and it's not a family-sized pizza. So for a family of 5 people you need to order two pizzas for $54. Red Pepper is no longer a bargain and certainly seems comparably overpriced for what you get. Growing more and more disappointed with this place with each passing year. Remember in the early 2000s when Comcast raised their prices exponentially over only a few years and we all despised them for it for the next 20 years?.....same feeling. The only pizza place in town a this place feels like they can raise prices to this extent and people will just keep buying it. Well, there's a breaking point and I think we've hit it.
