Place says it's open until 9:30 on the site and on the door, but it always seems to be locked up by 9. Either change the posted time or close when you're supposed to, so nobody stops here when there's no point.

Feeling Bread inside? Maybe you need a sandwich. Ever since they started toasting their bread, Subway became my go-to sandwich shop. Although the prices have risen significantly in the current " economic climate," Subway continues to bring bread to the table. Other sandwich shops cost more and can be full of baloney, but the staff at the Duvall Subway work their buns off to meat your requests. Sometimes, I think they offer too many choices, but they are patient with me when I get into a pickle when deciding on my feelings. Only had a problem once when I was overcharged, and the staff member didn't understand English very well and had an obvious deficit in simple mathematics. That staff member is no longer there. In fact, the staff at this location appear to change frequently. With a convenient location and a faster and cheaper sandwich than the competition, the Duvall Subway is the breadwinner.
The bread is always fresh, unlike my pund thst have gotten stale

The only subway which does not accept coupons, has rude staff, and never carries veggie patty. This store is the best example of what subway isn't.

The employee that was working at 5:19pm on 7/20/24 was unimaginably rude!!! There are many other similar reviews about this employee.

The owner should be embarrassed to have a person like this be the face of his/her business. Should really revaluate keeping this person onboard.

I am a vegetarian and had ordered online with a request of using fresh gloves and fresh knife to cut the sub. I had gotten at the location early and watched this employee completely ignore the request about the knife! I asked her if had used a clean knife and she told me that's not possible and then tried to gaslight me. She told me if I am a "true vegetarian" I shouldn't even be having cheese because it's made from cow's milk. Sooo disrespectful!!! Especially when she doesn't even know the difference between vegetarians and vegans.

Then when my cousin had was ordering her sub, she started making snarky comments about having to change her gloves when even all the veggies are probably cross-contaminated. Next, she had the audacity to say that we should not be eating at any Subway if we're "true vegetarians," and should only eat at a full vegetarian restaurant. I tried to tell her it's about being able to go the extra mile for customer service which she did not want to do. I will NEVER go back to this Subway.

Be aware they don't take coupons. Food was great the view was great and they have good helpings of meat. They just don't take coupons so keep that in mind when going.

Meh...got The Outlaw sandwich. The amount of toppings were light and the bread became soggy after toasting with the steak and cheese. Not a very satisfying sandwich for the price. Had been awhile since I had been to Subway and this sandwich reinforced why I typically look elsewhere. I had a coupon which made me think to give Subway another chance. Coupons aren't accepted at this location which was disappointing. Finally, there were a couple people on the line to make food but only one of them could make a sandwich and understand my order. Doesn't seem efficient if more than a single customer is in line. This experience sealed the deal that I will continue to avoid Subway moving forward.

Went to Duvall subway because we got a coupon in a mailer. When ordering we were told they “Don’t accept coupons.” $14 for a footling sub that you could find in a hospital cafeteria? What a joke.

The short Hispanic woman who was working was curt and rude from the first. Usually people at Subway have great customer service, that was not the case with this location. We will definitely be sticking to the local cafés rather than corporate restaurants. Next time we’re in Duvall.They gave my daughter the wrong sauce which is fine but a little annoying. My friend didn’t order because the lady was so rude and they barley gave us any lettuce. Do not recommend

Best subway experience I've had ever rly! I got a ham subway with lettuce, spinach, pickle cheese, mayo n salt pepper. She made it perfect with lots of everything!!! I usually have to say extra this extra that but they were just perfect here!!! I'm 110% satisfied and will be back!
