Damn you need to enter a chili cook off! The slow cooked brisket in the chili was exceptional!! Perfect on a rainy blustery night. Great beer choices. Only recommendation is serve with a few taco chips.

We stopped by this place after a hike. It has a decently sized parking lot which is always a good thing. The beer and food are absolutely delicious. We were joking that the chef must love his job very much, not only is the food creative and good, but the presentation shows a great sense of detail. The food and drinks are priced very reasonably. This place beats out a ton of places in larger towns and cities, and it has friendly and attentive service, too. Highly recommended.

This was a random find after we did a hike at Cherry Creek Falls. It’s not too far from the hiking trailhead, and I’m very impressed with the food there. They do taco Tuesday there. I really enjoyed the ginger peach cider. The pineapple sour was a bit different and not something I would order again. For food, we got a charcuterie board that had a lot of good variety. I really enjoyed the BBQ pulled pork sandwich, and my friend enjoyed a watermelon salad served in a half portion of a small watermelon which was really unique. I’d definitely come back here when I’m in the area again. Our server was super nice and funny.

I think a good establishment is defined by how the handle difficult services. Valley was easily cruising at a four, good beer, really really good food, taco Tuesday is amazing. Then the most amazing patio, it’s blocked from the wind but not the sun, lots of greenery, awesome spot.
Now the reason they are a five. We went a while back and they were short staffed, super busy, as a life time service industry worker I know how it gets. Stuff is just not in your control. The way they handled it made me a lifetime fan. All we have ever experienced at Valley is premium customer service, honesty, and great attitudes. Whoever setup this shop, and whoever did the hiring, props to you, what a fantastic team.
