Ordered a beef and cheddar combo at the drive through but when I got home the sandwich had no cheddar on it and the curly fries tasted like they were from yesterday and not edible. Very disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

This Arbys has provided me with the best and most consistently good experiences out of any fast food restaurant in wenatchee / east wenatchee. I have never had a signal issue here for any reason. Order is always correct and staff is always quick and attentive with food as well as service.

Sandwiches were perfect! Nice portion of the roast beef and the soft bun made up for the potato cakes tasting old and a bit like fish. Customer service was fantastic!

This place was pretty good, other than the slightly cold sandwich and some of the curly fries were burnt. The service wasn’t horrible but the guy working at the window had us repeat our order several times. The curly fries are the best there lol 🤣

Stood at counter for several minutes today and nobody would serve us. One female that looked like she was serving the counter wouldn't acknowledge us and instead went to the parking lot to clean out her friends car. One female working the window looked at us... the guy from the kitchen looked at us but nobody said a word as we stood there. The restaurant was empty. Maybe one car in the drive through. Restaurant full of racist employees I guess? Never go there again. You need to fire your staff.
