This morning around 7:40-7:50am, I let the dirty blonde barista know what drink I wanted and she asked if I wanted anything else and I asked what type of breakfast they have and she completely ignored me and instantly went and helped the person across. Why would you ask me if I wanted anything else and then completely ignore me and help someone else? Rude. Red head had taken over the order and then answered my question. Going by hair because I don't know their names lol.

Auto was my go-to! From when they started. I order 3 bev rev. 4.50 for 3 shots. And half the time, it's not poured correctly. If I mention it's not enough. They just say it's an automatic pour!?? Recently asked to put up a missing person flyer on grant rd. They said no!? Broke my heart. Because you have in the past? With prices going up and never getting the full amount. I'm done! And FYI, auto mocha, I've seen several different times employees visiting holding line up and then passing drinks out. No cash was exchanged. I thought u had em all on camera?

Love auto mocha! They are a bit expensive but the baristas are always amazing! Unforutnaly today I witnessed an owner/boss treat her employees with profound disrespect, right in front of customers. The way she spoke to her employees was beyond unacceptable and broke my heart. After she slammed the door and proceeded to cut me off in the drive through, her employees were clearly disturbed and distraught. I've been going to automocha for a lot of years, and this behavior really made me consider not going here any more. I can't support this sort of treatment of your employees. It's completely unacceptable. The girls that work at automocha are often young and learning, and they deserve the same respect as any other adult. I'm sorry y'all work for such a Karen.

I got charged $8 for a chai with eggnog in it. Their prices weren't even posted. The milk tasted burned. I called their headquarters to see about a refund or complimentary drink because this seemed unfair (price so high, no prices posted, bad drink). I never heard back. I used to go fairly often but I'm choosing to take my business elsewhere. There are stands in town with much better drinks and prices. Try DVO or J.B. Steamers instead :)

This was one of the worst places I have ever been too. My family was visiting from out of state. They wanted coffee so we pulled up to this place. I rolled the window down so that my relatives could order when she asked the Bautista what flavors she came back and said "A lot". My relative placed the order and the Bautista turned around and called my relative a "Stupid B****. I could not believe it! We have never been here and my family was from a out of state. We were not rude at all. Another very nice Bautista took over. And helped with our order. Perhaps mistaken identity? Sadly the drinks were so bad that it could only mean that it was done on purpose. For instance one drink was 1/2 full of syrup. Why were we treated so bad??? We have no idea. I did call the owner and he seems kind of concerned but not quite sure. All said we will NEVER go here again. Not me or my family and frankly not my staff at my company either as we give gift cards for coffee places as rewards.

Sad, I got a 20 oz hot coffee and my drink was missing a lot, it was just missing like 1/4 of the hole drink. Sad because I really like this coffee. But please make them full.
