Disappointing Experience at Blue SpoonI had high expectations for Blue Spoon, having heard much about their variety of offerings. Unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory. I ordered a boba tea, looking forward to enjoying the chewy tapioca pearls that are the hallmark of this drink. To my dismay, when I received my order, I found it completely devoid of any boba - a glaring omission that stripped the experience of its essence.When I approached the staff to address this mistake, hoping for a quick resolution, I was met with an unexpected and unwarranted refusal of service. They declined to correct the order or offer any form of compensation for their mistake. This indifference to customer satisfaction and the basic tenets of hospitality was both surprising and disappointing.Such an experience casts a shadow on the reputation of Blue Spoon, suggesting a potential lapse in both product quality and customer service. It's disheartening to see, and I hope this feedback prompts a reassessment of how they handle customer concerns and maintain the quality of their offerings.

Few months ago I had all 6 teeth taken out at once and a neighbor recommended this place to me. Make your own yogurt store is awesome and good. It was delicious. Perfect place to bring my wife after her tooth gets taken out.

What a great place? to get frozen yogurt ??! Wenatchee valleys best frozen yogurt is Blue Spoon? Always very clean and topping bar is always very organized. Always a couple New flavors to try and staff is very helpful and kind?Highly recommend this business ?

We went in there for yogurt and I’ll say I feel like this spot has more options than the one in Wenatchee. I absolutely loved the chocolate boba we bought! The boba was fresh and it taste great, my sister is obsessed with boba and she approved!

Take my kids to get boba tea, the guy working says he has to make a bunch of door dash orders first. Why isn't there 2 people working?Then we order our drinks, the guy said sorry we don't have lids we are out. Didn't really want a bunch of kids to have drinks in my car without lids. Really wish he would told me off the bat they were out of lids.
