Ordered 3 kids meals and got home to only realize that the 3 bags were incomplete only having the cookie and frys in the bag !! Tried calling multiple times and nobody picks up the phone

They have the dragon meal. It is really good but you have to buy everything separately. Like the sundae the pink lemonade and the fiery cheese sticks. The dragon bun with veggies in it is awesome and the viking sundae is really good.

By far, some of the worst fast food experiences I've had in my entire life have taken place here. I've come to this burger king a few times in the last month, and I am told without fail every time im told countless times how under staffed they are and how the wait will be up to an hour when ive already placed my order ahead of time on the app. As someone who has worked in this industry before and in far busier circumstances the workers here simple don't put an ounce of effort into there work. This burger king doesn't see enough constant business to have its workers be anywhere near as negative and complain at the rate that they do especially to its customers. (When i was told my wait would be an hour there where about 5 cars in the drive through and i was the only person in the lobby who hadn't already received food)

When NOT BUSY- IT'S fairly decent. Like most Fast Food Restaurants. Their FLAME BROILED IS BTR than the DRY McDonalds BURGERS ¡.IMO.! WHEN ORDERING W THE APP, TRY TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE GET IT DONE PRIOR TO STANDING UP AT THE COUNTER. otherwise...all crap breaks loose. However, they honor mistakes and trades well. Ty staffing.

Service was slow. Took 10 minutes to get food to the car in front of me then another 7 for the staff that was more interested in their phones to hand me my bag of 2 things.

I took my 4yr old there for lunch and the staff was incredibly slow took almost an hour just to get the food and when I got the food it was cold also the chicken sandwich was chewy like rubber was all over disgusting the restaurant was dirty and sticky and when I asked to talk to some one they tried saying it was a special needs kids fault that alone is disgusting blaming a special needs kid I know it wasn't his fault
