As a child my mom and I would go to Carl's Jr. For their Western BBQ burger. I loved it. When we moved from the south that stopped. Today I bit into one and it brought back childhood. Thanks Carl's Jr for expanding to the NW and for giving me that nostalgic taste of southern summer BBQs.

The place is really clean, BUT the place isn’t too busy, feels almost awkward. The food is hot and the fries were fresh. The price… let’s just say it’s not cheap. Service wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either, seems like the lady wasn’t feeling too good. Overall it’s pretty bland for its price.

I just went to the east Wenatchee location and maybe the workers haven’t had a good day or the girl at the window wasn’t at least, she clearly asked me which option of star nuggets I wanted (6pc or 9pc) to which I said 9pc medium with a sprite and ketchup, well everything was fine until she asked me to pull up front after paying $14 something just for the nuggets meal to which by the way I have no problem paying for, my daughter loves them. Well when she came out to hand us out the bag she came out a little rude and let go of the bag before I was even able to grab it, luckily it fell inside the car on my lap and nothing fell out but she just walked back in like nothing. I went home, opened the bag and inside the box only 6pc nuggets, no ketchup or any dipping at all. I called immediately not to called them off because my kid started eating them right away anyways but I was just trying to let them know they were handing out the orders wrong but they didn’t pick up either of the 3 times I called so here am… have a good evening guys hope you do better!

Weekend breakfast crew is outstanding! Food is cooked perfectly and they're super friendly.
Manager came up to the window after I placed an order online. Saying that they've been closed for 30 minutes. Even though it shows on doordash and and on their Google website that they close At 11 and I ordered at 1012 roughly. Manager was not very nice. Didn't get a name, closed window on me before I can speak. I work in customer service.And I know some low people who also do, but this is just crazy
