I recently stopped by to pick up a drink for a client before our meeting. The woman that helped me put great care into helping me pick a good drink option with the details I gave her. I love that she didn't make me feel bad or rushed for requesting help. She took her time, and then she showed true appreciation for the tip I gave. The staff has been great here every single time I've been in.

Ordered 2 32oz drinks got to the window and they made them medium sized when I told them what I originally ordered the girl looked at me like she didn’t know what to do. Was very disappointed.
Ordered a lemonade and they decided they would add that nasty red bull knock off to it without asking

The service has really gone downhill lately. The music is so loud to the point where I have to yell in order for the baristas to hear me. The last few times I’ve been there, they’ve either made my drink wrong and given me attitude when I ask for it to be made correctly (due to allergies), the baristas are too busy having their own conversations to give me the time of day, or the baristas have just met me with attitude in general (this has happened with multiple baristas). There are only about 2-3 baristas there that I actually like and are actually kind/excited like Dutch bros workers are supposed to be. I’ve been very disappointed with this location lately. For the amount of money each drink costs these days, I expect kindness and the correct drinks.
