Ordered my 2 meals, 2 tacos and a breakfast sandwich shortly after midnight. The workers forgot some of my food, even after taking 20 minutes. I called to explain the situation, no answer. I called 12 times!!! Wth is going on with the customer service???

Please refer to my review from 2 days ago encompassing both East Wenatchee & Wenatchee and see the huge change in review... It's a testament to having an owner who cares enough to read the reviews online instead of relying just on their own observations as some workers work different when a manager or owner is there actually overseeing their work or just relying on reports from staff re: work performed while management away. Kudos to Kip for responding to my review in a timely manner and voicing grave concern regarding my poor review, as well as his willingness to refund the money I spent for the breakfast platter that morning. I thanked him for the offer, but that is not why I wrote the review and the food is good and it did not go to waste. But his quick offer to pay brought a quick thank you from me but no need to refund...if the poor performance has a chance to be corrected it will be by an owner who is very involved like this who stomped out the bad review immediately and I am sure will be monitoring a couple stores that have become laxidaisical without an owner/manager on site in those early morning hours that get very little traffic. If you post that you are open X Hours then you should be open and ready for business ALL OF THOSE HOURS!!! (Thank you again, Kip, for your concern and the attention! Best of luck, you have 2 great stores as long as the staff allows them to be!!!)

Ordered my food at 10 o'clock, waited 12 minutes to get my food with no line in the drive through. Only Ordered two things and I saw multiple people working. My food came out looking like this :/ it looks like they punched my sandwich

I went to place my order in the drive thru and told them i wanted 12tacos. But they told me they cant do that many. And didnt explain as to why. Till I got to the drive thru window. They stated that because they were short staffed.. and told me they didn't wanna fill a big order. Also mentioned he didn't Want his time to be too long....

Went through the drive thru and placed my order, checked the bag after exiting and food was missing. Went inside and associate failed to complete the order after I placed it, which resulted in the missing food.I asked to purchase the item and he told me to go back through the drive thru. Seriously! After waiting for my food and discovering the employee didn't complete the order only to tell me he was unable take my order at his register at front counter.Clearly not wanting walk over to the available register and no inclination to rectify his mistake, I took the hint. Got home and food matched the employees service, it sucked.

Lamest rudest Jack in the box I e ever been to. Just got off the airplane and went through the 24 hour drive thru. They couldn't serve us because their systems were re booting so we parked to look for another place to eat and they came outside and told us we couldn't park there or they would call the police. Boo jack in the box. Get it together. ?
Fast and they got our order made correctly. Decent fast food burgers. Drive through was quick. Price point seemed a bit on the high side compared to fast food joints in Canada. Probably just the poor exchange rate
