Got a big box and my chicken is completely raw. This is just not safe. The manager did what he could to fix it, he was great and stressed (poor guy), yall just be checkin your food!!

An employee is giving judgy energy in the corner of the building, while one of the employees behind the desk is ignoring me while im trying to talk. I ordered three combos, all the same type of chicken sandwich and 4 kfc sauces. On the self ordering machine, it didn’t say the sauce was out of stock. When i got my order there were no sauces and a missing fry, I was order 5707 today September 4th. The employee behind the desk explained there was no sauces left and didn’t offer a refund or replacement sauce. Im non confrontational so I didn’t want to say more. Then I began eating my meal and they gave me the spicy chicken sandwich when i ordered the regular one. And we were missing a fry. So i bring up the fry missing to the same employee behind the counter and they ignore me while im talking no apology or anything. I wouldn’t be upset if they apologized at least once over the inconveniences.

Got a gravy but its very watery

Pick up are food at drive thru. Paid $24 dollars. Got home are famous bolws don't have any chicken. MY daughter drove back to pick up the right order. She got home with them and unfortunately 4 small chicken pieces in each bowl and guess what no gravy this time. Ridiculous. Each bowl is S9.17 so hardly understand how is end it up for close to $24 . Really disappointed

Way too much mayo on the chicken sandwich, otherwise good food.
We went with my family on Sunday afternoon so we were served by a cashier named Sandi, who automatically denoted racism towards us, starting by pretending not to listen to our order when we spoke to her in English, in addition to taking the order haughty and clearly repeating what we asked for, then when he was serving our drinks he started yelling at us because our children were "supposedly" in the way of making way for people when in the place it was just us and an American family, there was no one else even arriving and the children were close to us without walking. We asked for our order to eat there and they sent it to us to take away. After we sat down at a table we saw how the American family carried it on a tray to the table and when our order was ready she didn't even call us or notify us after waiting a long time and my husband went to ask about our order she said: She had been here for a while and my husband told her but she didn't even call the name we gave her and we were attentive and she said that she was not a waitress for anyone nor did she call to order, when my husband asked for a tray she did not want to give it to him , so we better left, it's sad that you can't go out to eat with your family because of people like that. Curiously, it is the same person as the opinion in the photo below.

Crispy chicken was mushy. Our 8 piece was a sad excuse of a 7 piece (they forgot a leg), and both wings were super hard and not even edible.. The manager has an absolutely disgusting attitude.. Sadly, we were passing through and live over an hour and a half away, and were told we'd have to drive back (we were already 25 miles down the road in 85° heat with 2 hungry and grumpy toddlers) to receive a 10% coupon for next time. lol what!? A $40 meal!! Gross!! Choose a different place to eat because this one really has gross food and no respect toward customers..
