I have worked in food service before, so I know it can suck when a customer comes in right before close. However, if it is still within the business's hours of operation, I don't think it's appropriate to turn a customer away. The gal told me they don't take new orders within 15 minutes of closing- I don't see that policy posted anywhere. To me it seemed more like disgruntled employees that decided they had already closed shop down, even though it was before posted hours.
The only disappointment is the price. Staff was super friendly and made me feel important.

Good product A little over priced. Stop asking for a tip for a product I order online and pickup myself. If it it a wage enhancement, corp do that yourself
