The website hasn't worked in months, so no reward points or meals. The last two orders I phoned in I received a pizza with the wrong toppings. The Hut used to be good.

We ordered a double pepperoni pizza and figured it was double the pepperoni, no, it was two kinds of pepperoni. So when we got the pizza it was the wrong one. We opened the box to be shocked by the look of it. We called to ask if we could change it, they agreed with us that on the online order, it was deceiving, but they said they could do nothing about it. I wouldn’t be writing this if it was just that, it was just that it was unappealing too. It was cold, flat, and kind of a joke of a pizza for how much it costs. Overrated and it’s not what the pictures look like. Disappointed.

I did a carry out order for two pizzas. One pizza was correct. The other pizza I ordered extra sauce and it did not have any sauce. However Jake in East Wenatchee Pizza Hut definitely took care of my problem and they are preparing my pizza as I'm writing this. Thanks so much Jake I appreciate you beyond belief! This is one of the reasons I order at Pizza Hut instead of other places. Especially because the price is right for a fantastic pizza!

I’m the district manager here with Verizon and this Pizza Hut is the best! Not only is the food always good they were able to donate to our backpack give away here at Verizon and help feed the community while kids came to pick up backpacks!

We got menus when we got in and took a seat. The place wasn’t even full .we waited for 30 minutes and still hadn’t gotten service. We asked if we could get our order taken they said sure and went to the back. 30 minutes later we still didn’t get our order taken. Wasted a whole hour for nothing. My family and I just ended up leaving
The place was in renovation when I Visited. Pizza was as good as you get at any Pizza Hut. Have enough parking, but currently offering only takeouts.

Ordered food at 4:52pm, got confirmation stating it be 95-120 minutes before delivery. Got text at 5:31pm saying food was out for delivery. I live 4 minutes from the store, didn't get my food till 6:40pm. It was cold.
