Service is great food is even better. I’ve been to Thailand and the food is authentic, makes me feel like I’m back in Bangkok! Also I like the Thai music for the vibes 😎

My favorite Thai place period. I've been coming here since they first opened, and since I moved from Wenatchee. I visit town and I always make it a habit to come here every time. Their pad Thai is delicious, their customer service is always wonderful. I've never been to another Thai place that's fried the noodles and tofu in their pad Thai the way Spice does. I wish I had my own personal Spice Thai Kitchen wherever I lived 🙏

Do not recommend. Take-out order that would have been returned if not for the distance we would have to travel to do it. Pad Thai w/chicken - lacked flavor until drenched in peanut sauce. Thai wings (only 4) were old, dry, and lacked flavor. Chicken Satay was so dry, like chewing jerky BUT the curry flavor did come through. Thai salad - thai basil was nowhere to be found but the romaine lettuce at least wasn't wilted. The peanut sauce was the only thing that was on point and I'm sure it came from a can. Way over-priced. Worth repeating: DO NOT RECOMMEND

“Skip this place and just go to the Olive Garden across the street.”
I came to this restaurant with my family of eight on a Monday night. There were only two other people in the restaurant. We ordered quickly so we could eat. We have small children so we know the importance of ordering food quickly to prevent meltdowns. I was disappointed when we had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. It was so bad that I had to get up out of my chair and tell the wait staff to send the food out as it becomes ready. This part I’m not complaining about. I understand that they had a lot of to-go orders and our order had to wait. What really bugged me was the fact that despite all this, they had the gall to charge me 18% automatic gratuity. This was not made transparent to me before we sat down. Nor did the wait staff inform me that the wait would be long because of the to-go orders. I complained to the manager and he took off the automatic gratuity. I spent $174 on food there and was treated poorly. My recommendation: skip this place and just go to the Olive Garden across the street.

If I could I’d give this place a ZERO! Extremely disappointed, dont recommend going.
Went for the lunch “SPECIAL” $12.95 (adult)with 3 kids. No where do they tell you they charge $7 for each kid (babies) plus $10 each if you don’t finish your food in the buffet so the “LUNCH SPECIAL” turned out to be a full on dinner receipt of over $60.
Treat yourself to better food and definitely better price. This place just cares about charging you way too much money for the food they’re serving which is not even good at all.
Won’t be spending or even going here again!

INEDIBLE Pad Thai. Worst Pad Thai I've ever tasted; it was flavored with POWDERED PAPRIKA and the noodles were all stuck together and couldn't be pulled apart (see photo). There were only about 5 tiny pieces of chicken in it. I asked for it specifically with NO SPICE, as I have medical digestive issues, and they brought it to me spicy. After a few bites I told the server that I couldn't eat it because they had made it spicy and it would make me sick. Her response was only that she thought I had asked for it spicy, to which I insisted that I had specifically said no spice. She didn't offer to take it away or take it off the bill, so we ended up paying for something that was not even what we ordered and couldn't eat.
The pineapple fried rice was completely flavorless, but we didn't complain about that one, only the thing that wasn't made correctly.
The service was definitely lacking as well. Only one server who took about 20 minutes to even take our order when there was only one other table there.
I really don't understand all the good reviews of this place.
$60 (2 people) spent for nothing.

Not one Thai person in sight. Kitchen staff observed through open door (that alone is a no go making me look at rubbish pile while eating) appears to be Latinos. The waitress was attending, nice and helpful. The food failed to score on all plates and orders. Table had a sticky surface and not cleaned proper. No typical Thai restaurant condiments to adjust your food provided. Too expensive for quality given. Not going back there.

Ordered the phad Thai with 2 stars. Absolutely had no spice at all and it came with a lemon and not a lime. Probably the first time I've never finished an order of phad Thai from any restaurant. Wasn't impressed and won't be back.
There lunch buffet pretty plain... not much offered. The rice was so plain I couldn't taste any flavors, that Pad me no flavor as well. Not a salt fan but had to add it to get my mouth to water. When you have Tai the flavors should be incredible. Been here a couple times and it has gone down hill. Except for the price has gone up quite a bit. NOT AS GOOD as it was 2 years ago.

I’ve ordered from Spice Thai many times and love the food, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered ahead as I was in a hurry, but when I arrived, the food wasn’t ready. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the delay. Additionally, the packaging for the broth was not secured properly, causing it to spill and melt the plastic cap, making a mess. The food quality remains great, but I hope the service can improve to prevent these issues in the future.

Do NOT eat from here if you're ordering take-out. I purchased the chicken satay for EIGHT WHOLE DOLLARS, and I only received a measly THREE PIECES of small chicken skewers. Not only were those portions small, but so were the portions of the OTHER items I purchased as well! 19 whole dollars for not even a plate-ful of pad-see-ew. The mango sticky rice I ordered was miniscule, and they somehow managed to make the mango dry.. HOW?! It already has liquid in it!!! I had not even let this sit out for 15 minutes before eating it! 1/5 stars, will not order take out from here again!

Great service, fast and clean facility. Just visiting from Seattle, Im thinking we caught them on bad night. Chicken Pad thai, Soggy noodles, very little frozen or pre cooked chicken. No peanuts, couple pieces of sprouts. And we are spoiled by 5 star Thai food in Seattle.
