LYNN!! LYNN you are an absolute pleasure. My boyfriend and I came in to get a pink drink and breakfast sandwich before yard saving and most of the starbucks are full of stuck up employees who make you feel stupid for not knowing the lingo but you my dear, have made our experience amazing. Didn't make us feel uncomfortable or out of place at all... thank you so much I hope you have an amazing day! Drinks and food were great as well!!!

They took away the seating!

Quick and Easy!

Typical Starbucks (that's a good thing), friendly staff and good coffee. I didn't get anything to eat so I didn't rate the food.

I’ve ordered online here several times over the last two weeks and not once has my caramel drizzle been added to my drink even though it’s clearly printed on the label. I love the convenience of being able to order online but I expect them to make the drink as requested.

I had four drinks in my order and wasn’t given a drink carrier. I accidentally dropped my coffee and wasn’t even offered a replacement she just said we don’t give drink carriers because a lot of people don’t want them. So I went home to make me a coffee after all the money spent and time waisted.

Atmosphere feels sparse and unwelcoming now. Removed all seating and made smaller and sparse. Why? No coffee bar only straws and napkins. Only two staff and one busy cleaning. Guess if want seating and atmosphere will have to go to Fred Meyers or Wenatchee. Disappointed in changes and wonder how many customers they lost or will lose. Sad change.

I always enjoy a visit to Starbucks. This one seemed to be not very busy when we arrived. The staff was bustling and refilling a d stocking cups, etc. It did seem that it took a bit longer to get my drinks than usual, but it won't keep me from visiting again.

Worst starbucks experience of my life. My hot chocolate was fine and my sandwich was edible, so the food wasn't the problem; no, it was the staff that was intolerable. Linn (Lin? I forget how it was spelled) wore the fakest smile i've seen in my life and talked to me as though I was an idiot; she was condescending and left a bad taste in my mouth. The other gal, Samara I think, nearly threw my drink at me trying to slam it down on the counter before ignoring the name written on it and walking away; she made no attempt to call out the name on the drink despite the fact that there was a sea of unclaimed drinks on the counter and the store was packed. I also witnessed a girl I hadn't seen there before get thoroughly dressed-down for something or other; normally, that wouldn't even be on my radar, except then Linn openly admitted it was her fault that whatever happened happened, but no further action was taken and no further dressing-down occurred (to my knowledge). Overall, the least professional people I've witnessed in customer service in a long time, and I will not be returning.

There’s a cashier at the front, pink hair, tall, was so nice and sweet that I finally realized that the death of my last life partner wasn’t my fault. I hope to see that girl running this place in the future. Her name started with an Sa, can’t remember the rest, I just know it wasn’t something long like “Samantha”. Favorite Starbucks.

Excellent customer service. Couldn’t ask for any better. Attentive and respectful.
