I stopped at Fred Meyers to do some shopping, it’s been snowing and I was freezing when I went in so decided to stop at Starbucks. I knew it was close to closing but only wanted a cup of coffee and went to the counter and asked if they were closed and that I just wanted a cup of coffee. After looking at her watch the gal said “sorry we’re closed”. If she had to check her watch to see if they were closed I think it was close enough that she could have pored a cup of coffee. I walked away and then looked at my watch and at that point it was straight up 7 pm so they were actually OPEN when I asked for coffee. What happened to that little bit of extra effort in customer service? They walked out at 7:20 as it was, I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have impacted their closing.

Great first impression, was helped by some baristas named Kassie and Ana they were both friendly and very helpful. I like the seating in this location, very comfortable and spacious. Great venue for company meetings and such or a daily brunch. Totally recommend!Thanks Starbucks!

This location continues to degrade in service and quality. For 2+ years,. Myself and a friend meet here once a week.....but honestly no longer worth the effort. They don't ever seem to open on time, and if they are open, errors often occur in the order. Seriously, it's coffee..not brain surgery. We will take our biz elsewhere until this becomes more reliable and consistent.

And, I've realized that these workers do try to give customers the best they can, by serving coffee, bakery goods or even cookies. There customer services are top-tier when they try to correct their wrongs and even take special requests for anybody that doesn't like or wants something extra with their coffee/drink.Although, some of the reviews below mine can be very similar to what I describe, you cannot base what the business has going on inside the Fred Meyer store. Their services can be based on a 8.5 /10 for dealing with customers. And, 7/10 for drink making (lowest possibility of 6.2/10 since over roasting does happen). Communicating and requesting can be 7.8/10 since mistakes are frequent but not enough to lower a 5/10.Their ability to stay together as a business is a sheer miracle in itself, but knowing how they try to base their rights and wrongs is what makes it continue. And, I honestly hope they continue to do what is right.

Bartenders are nice and the little bakery they have has good options. If your looking for perfect drinks, I wouldn't really recommend this place. The drinks are decent and there are different locations that make them better.

*Update* They don’t make your drink right and you wait in line for 15 minutes for a simple drink when 4 people are on shift and there’s only one making drinks at the bar.... smhHorrible customer service every time I come here. Taylor has great customer service, but sadly that’s all. Drinks are alright/: depends on who makes it...
