Young employee was overworked and obviously exhausted, but still made sure to make our sandwiches to order. Despite needing to look at the menu for directions multiple times he was very kind and polite. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE HE WAS ALONE HALF AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING WITH 7 PEOPLE COMING IN BEHIND US BUT MADE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR FOOD HE EVEN GOT A NOSEBLEED AND POWERED THROUGH LIKE A CHAMP

This was my worst experience ever , Jaden was un professional , bad attitude ,rude because of my race ,I’ve brought in some coupons and was laughing as soon as I turned around he had no idea i was listening , I’ve seen many people take in coupons and didn’t receive the same bad experience as I did today , just to point out this was my fist time using a coupon , 😒

I ordered 12 wheat turkey with mayo mustard lettuce an bell peppers. The order came 40 min later on white bread, the receipt said wheat. They also gave me 2 chips instead of the 1 I ordered. I tried to call and let them know but no answer. I tried an additional 8 times still after letting it ring 11 times no answer WTH is happening at the E Wenatchee Subway. I spent $25.00 on a sandwich and they couldn't get the sub bread correct. Read the order for goodness sake.

After waiting for 15 minutes then they got there online orders and said they had to do the online orders first instead of the people that have waiting for 15 minutes

went to get food at 9:20pm as the sign said closed at 10:30pm on the door and the door was locked and the lady working just smirked at me and didn’t even bother opening the door. Horrible customer service and i will be calling HR in the morning. As a former employee this is ridiculous lmao do better.

Staff has no order to procedure.when u have multiple customers in subway line up you should not be running back and forth starting people behind current customer,then move them in front of current customer,nor mix up sandwiches nor ring up customers that were behind current causing current to wait even longer.nor should you start four orders when neither employee is on till or in a set spot for sandwich spread
