I ordered a couple of pizzas and the pizza sucked. What happened to Papa Johns? Never going to order when they aren't even close to better than the competition.

They use doordash for all deliveries, the wrong dasher delivered our order to someone else so they had to remake the order. An hour passes, still no delivery. We called twice, and got put on hold for almost ten minutes each time. The manager offered to "cancel" our order, like she just gave up. This is not the first time the dashers have messed up, definitely not ordering from them again. You're a pizza place, hire drivers.

Had multiple issues, with food being delayed, given to wrong customer and then order made wrong. Jessica the manager was polite and courteous, rectified the issue professionally and refunded the order in full.Hard to blame a place that clearly had a lot of very junior staff, and clearly with more training will become a smooth running pizza spot.

Great new place! Food is good but I find often that pizza isn’t cooked all the way through and doughy. The service is great though. And still tops Pizza Hut and dominos. Glad they moved into the neighborhood.

Beautiful new papa John’s location, and great customer service tonight, ordered just cheese sticks but they were cooked perfectly and taste amazing ?? however now their online app doesn’t work and restaurant doesn’t receive online orders which is inconvenient.
