I’ve waited until this happened for the 4-5th time to actually complain about it. I’ve never said anything I always just accept it and eat it but whoever is working here literally cannot seem to add more than two ingredients. DO NOT ORDER THE PESTO PIZZA BECAUSE THEY CANT EVEN ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND GOD FORBID YOU CUSTOMIZE IT. They didn’t even finish cutting my pizza this time lol. I’m not coming back here they must be high :/

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The staff at this Pizza Hut (719 Meridian Ave E, Edgewood, WA) were not only rude but openly mocked my severe hearing disability. When I asked for their names to report the behavior, they refused. To make matters worse, the delivery driver didn’t even complete my order, dropped the food he did have, tried to “fix it,” and still attempted to hand it to me as if nothing happened.
This was insulting, unprofessional, and a complete violation of basic respect and food safety. As a disabled veteran, I will be reporting this discrimination to the ADA and my VA representative. Corporate needs to seriously reevaluate who they are hiring at this location.

Literally every delivery driver has been so great, and the manager on the phone was very helpful. Great staff. But for whatever reason, the pizza crust here is ALWAYS underdone. Just regular ol' pizza crust will be translucent with even one topping.
The only job Pizza Hut has is to make pizza. Maybe their oven is bad? One time it was raw and we got a refund. We ask for well done crust and still get limp crust.
We will wait months between orders and think, 'maybe this time it will be different'. But nope. The pizza from this Pizza Hut is always doughy, soggy, limp, and yucky. ):

The Edgewood Pizza 🍕 Hut is my go-to Pizza joint because of its fast service, great staff and always looking out for the best deals for its customers!!! There are at least a dozen Pizza joints between where I live in Graham and the Edgewood Pizza 🍕 Hut, but I respect and enjoy their service! Thanks for being a part of the community!

They forgot one of my pizzas. When I called about it I was transferred and then hung up on. I finally got them to remake it and send it to me and that took almost an hour despite the fact I live less than 8 minutes down the road. I'm really considering demanding a refund for that pizza. I'm never ordering from this particular Pizza Hut again. I was trying to be nice over the phone but they were rude about it.

I ordered 2 pizzas and order of cheese sticks and an order of bread sticks and 2 extra sauce dips when my order came it was 20 mins late and no dipping sauce at all not a very happy person at the moment

Hand toss the only way to go. This location does a much better job than other locations with topping distribution and cook times.
So I was working a long day and just wanted something to eat. I hop on Pizza Hut's web page. I had wings in mind. 12 chicken wings were $38 before the damn tip. No bread, no rolls, no drink, no breadsticks. JUST 12 chicken wings. I get that things are more expensive. But are you kidding me?

The team very quickly had me speaking with the proper authority. The manager was very pleasant and helped to expedite the issue quickly and efficiently.
