Consistently under pours nitro cold brews. Only getting 12oz.
I have been documenting this to show a consistent problem. I have brought it up many times and they take the cup and fill the rest of it up.
Only this location does this, every other location is fine.

Made to wait, then they served people who came after us. Then they lost the order. Kid behind counter seemed not to care. Regret stopping, ordering, tipping, and definitely regret buying a holiday coffee for other patrons. They can keep the order.

the Best starbuck coffee in Washington customer service 10/10 very nice people and vibe of that place ahh so great. amazing music 🎶. Casher with name Hazel and Alisa just an amazing people. coffee makers are great. i have ordered Americano and Cheese Danish. 10/10 warmed in amazing coffee taste uhh so hard to describe how it was great 👍 loved

Just had the best experience at this location. Calista, one of their baristas / maybe a manager, helped me when my drink came out wrong and I felt bad for speaking up, but she went above and beyond to make things better! She even made a suggested tweak to my Order which made it taste so much better. She was very kind and welcoming. Thanks for making my day!

Nice Starbucks staff was nice and the drink was good.
The place is pretty and staff is nice. I just dont understand why the wait times are always insane. I always order mobile like 10m before i get there and i still have to wait over 10m for my single drink. Like why?

The staff here is absolutely wonderful and very accommodating! I especially want to highlight Paige, who consistently goes above and beyond to provide superb service to me and my clients. I will literally go out of my way just to take a moment for myself and enjoy my favorite drink in this peaceful and tranquil setting. I love it here 100%! Definitely my go-to Starbucks location. Staff are super sweet, my drink is always delicious, and after the remodel the lobby is a little smaller but it looks fantastic! I love the mural they have.
