We only come here because it’s convenient .couple of times they forgot chips and sauce that we order and we did not mine it . But tonight we came back and when we got home our burritos did not even make it to the bag and we have to drive back just to get it . Team members need to not chit chat while working and focus on making sure that the orders are accurate .

Part of my drive-through order was missing and I didn’t realize it until I got home. I reached out and I was immediately Responded to by the manager. I was told to just stop by whenever I could to get my missing nachos. When this happens, I always get nervous To ask for my corrected order. I went through the drive-through Due to my anxiety, I didn’t wanna walk in. They made this process so easy and apologize for the error. Also, the nachos were amazing. They were the missing orders for my kids, but I ended up eating half of them before I got home. Never had the nachos before, but now it’s gonna be my favorite item. This location is amazing and I am most definitely will be coming back for the customer service and amazing food. Kudos to the gal who was at the drive-through. She was very beautiful and very kind. Thank you so much.

Went to the location in Milton, WA. After some time away, it seems like the portions shrank and the prices increased. Food quality was good. I had the beef soft taco and a crisp beef burrito. Time from order to eat was around 5 minutes. No real complaints, other than the taco being considerably smaller than it used to. There are no Taco Times in KY, but this used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Recently relocated after 18 years away.
