I eat at Los Tres Potrillos all the time, and I can honestly say their food is AMAZING. Every dish tastes fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about what they serve — the seasoning is spot-on, the portions are generous, and everything comes out hot and consistent every single visit.
The staff is always friendly and quick, and the whole place has that warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to come back. Whether I’m grabbing something simple or trying one of their bigger plates, I have never had a bad meal here.
If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out. This is one of those spots you end up returning to again and again because the food and staf are all that good!

First time we were there was amazing! We got a spot up at the bar. The margaritas were excellent! Chips, homemade guacamole and queso dip so yummy!!! Our entrees were delicious as well! It's in Elk but 100% worth the drive! Staff was also great! Thank you Hector!

This is one of the very best Mexican restaurants I have ever eaten at, and the fact that it is in little ol Elk, Washington is a miracle! Hector and Daisy are fabulous. Service is great. The food is awesome (ask for carne asada and chicken fajitas) and the restaurant is clean and super cute. We are so grateful this restaurant exists. It is the BEST place to eat in the area, hands down. Bonus, if you go on your birthday, the restaurant sings to you. Five stars for the over 15 times I have been there!
