These guys are so awesome. I have a mild corn intolerance, so I avoid corn, cross contamination isn't a huge deal for me, but they made flour chips for me so I can eat chips and salsa!
Hector and his wife are doing a great job. The food is very flavorful and the portions are large. I love eating mexican food in a log cabin, very western and cozy. They have a full service Cantina. Items missing from the menu are: Homemade Sangria, Chili Colorado, and Tortilla Soup.
Forgot to put sauce on enchilada and relleno and cheese on top was burnt. Also had to ask twice for my drink after everyone else at the table had received drinks and other tables as well. When I did receive it, it was delicious though. Normally a great spot for some tasty authentic Mexican and great drinks.
