Excellent service. I visited here quite a few times over the week we were in Ellensburg. The employees are so friendly and the food was always excellent.
I spent $15.63 for a smoked brisket, reg. curly fries, and reg. chocolate shake. The fries were half full and old. That's really expensive for what you get. Brisket and fries were both cold too. My last experience with one of Arby's specialty sandwiches was much better. The place was empty and I guess I know why. I don't really leave many bad reviews, but this was not a good experience. I wish I'd just gone to a regular restaurant on this occasion. Edit: Now I have to go in search of more food.

Went to Arby’s excited for the transitional sandwich. We asked for sauce and didn’t get any, the sandwiches were cold and fry you could tell we’re older. We had to wait 25 minuets as well. Expected better service. Bad was practically tossed at us through the window.

Went in over the weekend. The girl in the drive thru was very hospitable and got everything we asked for. It’s always a crapshoot when you are asked to wait in the waiting spot. Luckily though she was on it. The food was super hot(chicken strips) and everything else was extremely fresh.
