Truck drivers don’t waste your time here very slow service after long lines in fuel pumps

Counter service and food were solid. The employee riding their motorcycle onto the sidewalk right outside the front door (and parking it there) where people walk - not so much. Limited seating, joined in one large open space with the Pilot.

What’s the point of opening at a truck stop if you’re not open 24/7
Not having a fryer is ridiculous.
Clean, fresh, and fast service.

After a disappointing experience at the Arby's in North Bend last year due to poor cleanliness and service, I was hesitant to visit another Arby's. However, I decided to stop by the one in Ellensburg just off the freeway, and I’m glad I did. The place is extremely clean, the staff are very friendly, and the sandwich was as delicious as expected from Arby's. I highly recommend this location. Plus, there's a gas station at the same location with prices that are typically significantly better than those outside the city.

Had a couple bacon cheese burgers. While they could use a little seasoning, they were still pretty good.

Went thru the drive thru and you have 1 very angry employee in there. WOW, I was trying to be pleasant but Justice? Working the window did everything but throw the food at me thru the window. Huge attitude, having a bad day is 1 thing but this appears to be much deeper than a bad day. Work the kitchen and stay away from the public until you figure out why everyone is against you. Maybe look in the mirror?

Went through drive-thru. Asked if extra flavoring could be put in a jamocha shake. Because last time, it tasted like vanilla. He said yep. Got it and tasted it. Told him it tasted like vanilla. Instead of saying he would add the flavoring, he argued it has more than normal and has a light coffee taste. Huh!? Did you taste my shake? It did not have ANY flavor actually! No resolution for dissatisfied customers here. No wonder it's never busy. Stay away.

I got a beef & cheddar sandwich. The meat looked questionable (like it had gone bad) but I tried it anyway and ended up puking because the meat tasted spoiled. It’s not what I was expecting after spending almost $12. Would not recommend at all. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Very clean, great svc.
Normally don't do this but I couldn't even order my food because three employees were having I'm assuming a more important conversation than taking my order. I refuse to repeat myself because every time I said something they would start talking. So I just walked off. Very disrespectful, inconsiderate and immature. It was about 1330 on 6/7/2024. I won't order food from here anymore.

This Arby's is connected to a truck stop called Pilot and a cinnabon. Service was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Tables were clean. Food was great, fresh and warm. There was a TV playing sports which happened to be playing sumo wrestling. Lots of merchandise and emergency food in the truck stop area it self.
Parking: Plenty of parking in front and around back, which handicap stalls.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors and wheelchair accessible tables, the isles are also wide enough for a chair.
