Brosky's Food Truck is amazing in so many ways! I had the pleasure of working with Todd, Chef Extraordinaire, for a wedding this past weekend. As Wedding Coordinator for this event I can tell you that Todd was easy to reach and responds promptly to questions. Brosky's arrived at the venue exactly on time and dinner was served exactly on time! Dinner was absolutely delicious! The family had ordered pulled pork and chicken sliders with baked potatoes. The smoked garlic compound butter that I put on my potato was divine! Brosky's food and service was perfect in every way. Brosky's gets five stars from me. Rock Star service! Carry on, Brosky's!
