The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The Double Texas Whopper meal is made to perfection, and the service is exceptional. The facility seemed clean, and the staff was responsive to a large order, bringing the meal to the customer with an apology for the wait. One worker, Justice, was praised for going above and beyond to make the experience great. However, some customers have experienced long wait times, both inside and in the drive-thru, even when the restaurant is not busy, and have found the staff to be in a bad mood at times.
