The few times I've gone here, I've been a disappointed. They forgot my bacon on my whopper w/cheese and bacon. In the past I have had similar problems (forgot marinara for cheese sticks). I will say my food always seems fresh and they are pretty quick.

NO changing table (in either bathroom), NO toilet seat covers, and no mirror (that’s not a big deal but I’m was appalled by the basics that make a normal bathroom). Would do zero stars if possible.

Most health code violations I have ever seen. Never changing gloves when going between frozen and cooked food and not changing for cross contamination food. Would be handling money and then touching your food as well with no gloves.

My husband and I were trying to grab a quick bite to eat before heading out of town on a trip because of a death in the family. After waiting for almost half an hour we got up to the speaker to order via drive through only to be told that they don't have the staffing to accommodate the volume of orders and would not be serving us. No solutions were offered and cars had already pulled in behind us with more pulling up as they were speaking. There was no sign or indication of any issue before becoming trapped in the drive through. The line also continues to sit without movement so they must be providing service to some of the line since we continue to be trapped here without any way out and without any food. I've never had such bad service at this location. There should have been a sign or someone outside informing people before they piled into the stalled line and a sign on the speaker. I think if they had already made that decision it also would have been reasonable to park an employee car blocking others from entering the drive through.
