Great experience at this location. Traveling from MT back to WA. Chose to stop here for a break. So happy we did. They have a great play area for the kids. The manager assisted us today and he needs a raise! Excellent customer service, good food, and clean dining room! Thank you 😊

Had a Carl's Jr gift card there was a new cashier and training was unable to figure out how to run the gift card then we try to use a couple of other debit cards this individual was still unable to figure out how to use a gift card so then we therefore lucky you had cash on us to cover the cost of the meal I called back and spoke to a manager and they said they would give us the refund but still we waited there for 20 minutes hoping to see the manager to address the situation I feel like as a retail manager that they should probably properly train their cashiers to know how to do these transactions in the fact that the kids play area had no AC but the restaurant was cooler than the play area were younger children play which could be dangerous with a 100° weather I don't know I will never eat here again I feel like this experience was horrible for the first time of me going there.....

Greater service!! Very sweet lady and very welcoming. It's a fast food joint, so it's pretty basic food. I was my first time having Carl Jr.'s.

The food was great but Amelia was really what set our experience over the top. She was so kind and accommodating. She deserves a raise!

I have been to this Carl’s Jr around 3 times, and each time I have received excellent service from Greyson. She’s just on top of it, always going above and beyond to provide good service and foster a friendly atmosphere.

No complaints, just good. I always substitute coffee instead of soda (w/a pinch of salt) 😉

Slow af. Took 30 min to get 2 burgers and there was only me and one other vehicle behind me plus they got their food first.

This place has gotten really bad. Chicken sandwich was super tiny. Got 4 onion rings for $5. What a rip off. Had to ask for condiments 3 time. Won't be back.
