Today I called them because they made a mistake in my iced latte, and I was hoping they would make me a new one. Not only did they replace it, Jade (the barista who helped me), offered to remake my entire order for free. She brightened my day with her kindness and positive attitude. I recommend this coffee shop because not only are the food and coffee delicious, the service is exceptional!“
