“The BEST iced white mocha I have ever had (and ive been to hundreds of shops)!! The white macadamia nut cookie was not good at all unfortunately. The cookie tasted almost like it was left out for days and it had an odd aftertaste :( As much as the coffee was delicious, it is so expensive there so be prepared to drop some money. I got a cookie, a white mocha and a water and it was 18$ kinda crazy but the mocha justifies it a little.“

Today I called them because they made a mistake in my iced latte, and I was hoping they would make me a new one. Not only did they replace it, Jade (the barista who helped me), offered to remake my entire order for free. She brightened my day with her kindness and positive attitude.
