Arrived shortly after open, hungry and eager for some grub. Between completely lacking customer service and fairly large ring-up/pricing issues that the employee on the register had no enthusiasm to resolve even after being questioned/asked, I just turned around and left.

Ordered delivery and 2 of the items we got were completely wrong. I ordered a double Cheeseburger for my son and instead they sent a kids hamburger and my husband got a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard instead they sent a Chocolate Chip Blizzard, no cookie dough whatsoever. More upset about the burger because I paid almost 10 dollars for that.

Very slow service due to being under staffed. Seems like there are only ever 2 people working in the entire store. One hiding from the front counters and the other cooking everything while avoiding making eye contact.

This is the first review of my life…and here we go. My husband and I went to this location. We only ordered a small cone and and blizzard. Waiting time was 25 min because one of the employees decided to do 5 orders that were placed after ours. The worst part is that she decided to do that only cause she knew the group of young people that walked in there. It almost felt like a bad joke and she saw my husband just standing there that long and then she asked “what was your order again?”. No respect for people’s time whatsoever. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I’m not one to write reviews but i think it’s necessary to say something about the environment. When i first entered the restaurant the first thing i noticed was the amount of flys. Second thing i noticed was how they didn’t have AC so everyone in the restaurant was sweating. third thing i noticed is no one is wearing gloves, and the guy at the register had very unkept nails. the cherry on top was the employees looked confused at everything around them. the guy at the register wasn’t even trained well. the girls working with him kinda blew him off and he just stared at every customer that came in not knowing how to serve them. The food tastes normal though however i’m eating with cation hoping i dont get sick.
