Tried to redeem an emergency pizza coupon we earned but were having difficulty. We asked the staff for help and he offered one guess, walked away and didn’t come back, leaving us just awkwardly standing in the lobby with no help. Left due to bad service, not coming back.

As someone who has worked in the food service industry before, I can see the good work that goes into this place, even when something needs to be corrected. Employees are great, but it really sucks that the more toppings you add the less of each they add. I got a 5 topping pizza that had like....4 pieces of sausage, 6 pepperoni, 6 pieces of ham, a little bit of pineapple and a little bit of olives. I feel like I shouldn't be able to see much cheese with 5 toppings.
