The pancakes are TINY.
We have a family tradition of going here the first morning of our vacation. The variety of fun pancakes and choices was great for our kids. This year was probably our last time for 2 reasons...
1. The pancakes, which used to fill the entire plate, were maybe 1/2 the diameter of the plate. If you do the math, it's ~1/3 the amount of pancake. The toping and fillings were skimpy as well. Crepes with fresh berries were literally just thin pancakes with a few raw strawberries tossed on top. No filling, to topping. And the prices are the same or higher than they were. I get that food is more expensive thanks to tariffs and other stuff, but pancake ingredients are CHEAP. This isn't the place to do your shrinkflation.
2. One of our family members is allergic to artificial dyes. There was artificial dye in everything. Pancakes (just the plain ones even), crepes, syrups (all of them, even the chocolate syrup that should be plenty brown without the need for dye), and all of the fruit toppings. I ended up going on a 15 minute trek to Fred Meyer just to get a syrup our family member could put on their food. Luckily the food took a while, so it had just arrived a few minutes prior when I got back.
The staff was friendly, it's not their fault that corporate is making the whole restaurant experience terrible. We'll be visiting a local establishment next year and skipping whatever new terrible IHOP corporate wants to try to pass off as breakfast next year.

Our high school football team came through Ellensburg on the way to a game and we needed a place for about 50 people to stop and have breakfast. I called and the manager was wonderful to work with and was willing to accommodate our large group and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this iHop!

Not as tasty as expected, good for one time, overpriced. I don't understand why the price for tea is not visible, it is not on the menu at all and the establishment simply offers it. And then the check has a larger amount than expected.
I have been here an hour so far we told them we were coming in a week ago as part of a large party and I have not gotten my soda, water or anything. The people next to me are leaving early without getting anything they ordered.

We had a table of 11 we called on advance and did have a table ready. After waiting over an hour for food. I ask about our food. Promptly 4 servers brought out our food. We'll most of the food. Dry toast with curled edges from sitting so long. Cold pancakes. The one person who ordered a muffin got it about the time everyone else was done. We were ready to leave when hot pancakes showed up. Yes they discounted the bill but put all 11 on One bill for us to separate ourselves. Ugh not a place to recommend. The couple at the next table were there As long as us for 2 people to be served.

The food isn’t great and sometimes bad because they abuse their workers by having 1 cook and 1 waitress I’ve showed up and saw a girl breakdown in tears because she was cooking and the waitress. Most of the time at around 8 pm there’s a 1 hour wait even tho there’s nobody in the restaurant. The owner has no care for the place or workers. They don’t care about business. I’ve seen more people walk in and out than seen people sit down and eat. The wait time for food is like an hour aswell because the cook is overwhelmed with the 5 people they managed to sit down after cleaning every table for the 20th time after nobody has sat there.
