This Jack in the box has gotten my orders wrong at least 3 times. I don't know what it is but whether it's drive through or online, they seem to struggle to make the food and drinks as ordered. I often get a diet coke instead of a coke, doesn't matter how much I specify it and when I order through the app, I would be missing half of my order. The service is very disappointing here. I’m sorry I’m not a fan. I love burgers and fries but I feel like the photos on the menu do not match the food. You think a double cheeseburger we be a lot so you order it and then get it and looks like McDonald’s. I’m just not a fan. Maybe you are I am not saying don’t go but it’s not really good
Other than the fact that they've messed up my order again for the third time. I ordered 2 loaded tiny tacos and they couldn't even get that right it's happened three times now. Yet they always charge me for loaded tiny tacos but they don't put anything on them when I get home I realize that.
